At least most of the Yautja are selective about their targets and don't hunt civilians or children. The Xenos pick anything as a target as long as it's got a pulse.

Why am I not suprised?
Yeah, well, at least the xenomorphs are true to their nature. The yautja may not target people without weapons, but they're still hunting sapient species for sport.
The only reason they are "true to their nature" is because the Xenos were designed from the ground up to be weapons. And guess what? So are the Yautja , even if they are actually choosing.
And the xenos target and impregnate sapient and non-sapient species. Though they clearly prefer humans, if and when given the options. Other than cruder methods I can't tell much of a difference. Despite their fucked up ways and system, I would rather deal with the Yautja than the Xenos.
Except the yautja are sapient, the xenomorphs aren't.
To use current biology, there's two ways I could die tomorrow. One, a snake bites me. Two, a man comes up and murders me for the hell of it. The man in this scenario is more morally repugnant than the snake, since the former's acting on instinct, while the latter has made a concious decision to commit murder. And even if the yautja have their honor code, they're still killing sapient species for sport.
I mean, yeah, I'd rather deal with the yautja than the xenomorphs as well, but that doesn't make them less depraved.

(And maybe give me a big squidgy hug if I ask super nicely?) Which is easy for me cause I don't go around trying to look all intimidating holding weapons and shit. Whereas snakes I gotta just run or bring an army of Mongooses (brain wants to pluralise them as "Mongeese" now) cause they gonna start nipping with or without weapons or white flags. Therefore Predator is the preferred option to be dropped in my bedroom on a cold and lazy Sunday evening.

Religion is designed to impede independent thought, so it remains unlikely they’ll be finding new solutions to old problems any time soon. My thought is, the sooner we’re able to accept people for being themselves and respect each other’s ability to trust their own self awareness the more stable all our paths will be. It’s the old quantity vs quality mantra, where instead of worrying about sheer numbers, it’s about time we start focusing on the quality of life for those that are already here.
