I figured that a long time ago.He has legitimately lost his mind.
I'm convinced "Woke" is "Anything Conservatives are afraid of". Gays, People of Color, Minnie Mouse in a pantsuit, someone using a pronoun, "Happy Holidays".....

I've already cracked that code. "Woke" is shorthand for "anything that doesn't cater solely to me and conform to my sensibilities, because I am the only one who matters."I'm convinced "Woke" is "Anything Conservative are afraid of".
Fox News is stupid as usual. That said, Shaggy is the closest thing to a hippie among the gang and none of them actually hate cops.
You could make the argument that Shaggy is a hippy and the rest of them were overly trendy beatniks. At least if that’s an impression I got watching some reruns of the original. Later versions have added new characterisations to them - for example I’m led to believe Fred has been made their trap man in current iterations and is so in to it that it almost counts as a fetish.Fox News is stupid as usual. Meh, Venture Bros did it first, Season 2 Episode 11.
I actually wonder where they got that one from, especially after Multiversus had to change one of Velma's moves because she used to call the cops after gathering enough evidence and it was considered offensive because the game contains black characters who might have the police called on them.none of them actually hate cops.

We've had this discussion before. "Woke" is shorthand for "shameless pandering to left-wing social groups". I know none of you like shameless corporate pandering, don't defend it.I've already cracked that code. "Woke" is shorthand for "anything that doesn't cater solely to me and conform to my sensibilities, because I am the only one who matters."
No, it's shorthand for, "literally everything that conservatives don't agree with."We've had this discussion before. "Woke" is shorthand for "shameless pandering to left-wing social groups".
Which of course is why "woke" is seemingly always used in conjunction with "muh coffee cup doesn't say Merry Xmas! I'm being cancelled" or "I'm mad the mermaid is black now. I'm 40 and I want my mermaids to be Ginger or else my childhood has been Ruined".We've had this discussion before. "Woke" is shorthand for "shameless pandering to left-wing social groups". That was mainly Mystery Incorporated. The newer shows or movies still make him the trap guy, but they dial his fetish back a bit. I want to see them bring this Fred back from an old Cartoon Network commercial.Fred has been made their trap man in current iterations and is so in to it that it almost counts as a fetish
Once again, it shows you don't bother reading nor research any of these things. We've had this discussion before. "Woke" is shorthand for "shameless pandering to left-wing social groups". I know none of you like shameless corporate pandering, don't defend it.
How did this get past the censor boards? That was mainly Mystery Incorporated. The newer shows or movies still make him the trap guy, but they dial his fetish back a bit. I want to see them bring this Fred back from an old Cartoon Network commercial.
You forgot, this was Cartoon Network from the late 90s and early 2000s before 2007. They were unhinged and got away with so much. For whatever reason, the censors there, most of the time, didn't seem to care or would barely make a complaint as long as it wasn't too obvious. How did this get past the censor boards?
You do get that your first two examples are 100% invented controversies, right? Nobody cares about a black little mermaid, the biggest headlines about it were calling a Matt Walsh satire piece a "meltdown" because he claimed that scientifically mermaids at the bottom of the sea should be translucent.Which of course is why "woke" is seemingly always used in conjunction with "muh coffee cup doesn't say Merry Xmas! I'm being cancelled" or "I'm mad the mermaid is black now. I'm 40 and I want my mermaids to be Ginger or else my childhood has been Ruined".
And lt's not forget that Green M&M isn't sexy anymore so Tucky Bucky can't get his weewee hard now. As if he doesn't know DeviantArt is a thing and he can find all the candy porn he wants in 30 seconds.
I get yelled at by enough peeps online about M&Ms, Rings of Power, sportsball team name changes and Hailey Bailey to know that there is a large cohort that does total get on board with the anti-woke nonsense. You do get that your first two examples are 100% invented controversies, right? Nobody cares about a black little mermaid, the biggest headlines about it were calling a Matt Walsh satire piece a "meltdown" because he claimed that scientifically mermaids at the bottom of the sea should be translucent.
I don't know about Tucker and the green M&M, his take was genuinely pretty silly. But do you really not see the pandering for what it is? The gave the green M&M sneakers to show her "effortless confidence" and had the orange one acknowledge his anxiety and mental health struggles. Those candy characters were changed to "make a world where society is more inclusive". I know you want to make fun of that, everyone wants to make fun of that. That's "woke" nonsense. It's corporate pandering to try and sell you M&Ms through social issues. It's stupid, and it's comically stupid. It's not even "things conservatives disagree with" as Buyetyen puts it. Conservatives don't care about a woman changing out boots for sneakers, even less so a fictional candy woman. But a candy company pandering to people is stupid and funny.
The people who are yelling are upset that it's pandering to someone besides them.Like, I cannot understand why anyone would care about green M&Ms. I also cannot understand why someone who states the the new M&M is pandering doesn't realise that the OLD green M&M is pandering and we didn't have to yell at everyone about it. Yes, of course it pandering. It's always been pandering. Why does it only get yelled about when its not pandering to specific people?
The "merry xmas" thing here in the UK is absolutely not invented. Every year, without fail, the tabloids run stories about the "WAR ON CHRISTMAS", based on nothing but a local shop somewhere putting up a sign that says "happy holidays". I've personally seen those stories for several years running, you can set the calendar by them. You do get that your first two examples are 100% invented controversies, right? Nobody cares about a black little mermaid, the biggest headlines about it were calling a Matt Walsh satire piece a "meltdown" because he claimed that scientifically mermaids at the bottom of the sea should be translucent.
