The full context of it (which makes it not OK but not half as skeevy as the headline says) is that according to the Vice article at the time he was posing as a buyer undercover and the seller pulled up the girls shirt exposing her breasts and suggested or implied the guy give them a feel to test the merchandise as such.

The Kamala Khan character has been getting heat from right wing loons ever since she debuted in 2014. She's a teenage Muslim superhero with none of the negative stereotypes associated with such a demographic and doesn't have powers that lend themselves to "pretty" visuals or allow for underage fanservice bait. Her show getting review bombed is just more of the same when it comes to what the character has to deal with.
Some of her fans disliked the changes to her powers but the majority of the hatred was from those who were already inclined to hate her.

Which considering the trailer and peoples present objection to the MCU, yeh I can see the reason for the dislikes as it's Marvel that's been accused of becoming more silly and less able to maintain being serious and The Marvels trailer is a lot more silly slapstic like humour in it. It could work and be a hit and be a sort of Marvel space roadtrip film but who knows at this point.
