Apparently it eats a ton of vram, which helps explain why the recommended gpu is the 12gb 3080ti. Also, madatory raytracing probably doesnt help. The righthand side of the chart seems excessive tho, but supposedly they'll be patching in path-traced rt sometime soon, which is ludicrously heavy. I'm guessing thos 'full rt' specs are for that.
