People make too much of a big deal about gear. The item level requirements for raids are much lower than what most think. What they need to do is stop ruining their raids with nerf after nerf and just leave them alone.

When it comes to single player games, I always get 100%, even in Jak and Daxter trilogy by getting all the orbs and power cells, GTA IV by slaughtering all the pigeons, and all the Assassins creed feathers and flags. I'm OCD about it.
