I feel I should mention a small correction upon looking at July's releases. On July 16, Shin Megami Tensei IV shows as a Wii U release. It is actually coming out on the 3DS, to clear up confusion.

That's what I've been finding in Torchlight II. The current active skills as I level up don't seem to interest me, so I've been investing in the starting skill and two passive skills. Even with those three, I'll still be sitting on at least four points when I get the ability to level them up...

Does it count with multiple versions being on the same disc? If so, I have Reach Out to the Truth in vocal and instrumental versions on my copy of the soundtrack disc that comes with Persona 4. All I can say is at least they aren't right next to each other on the track list.

All I can say to this is that I'm so glad Sega is releasing the Heritage Collection. I've been having a blast playing Jet Set Radio. In addition, I just reinstalled Sonic CD, so there's that I've been aiming to play, as well.

I'd have to go with the Tales staple, the Sorceror's Ring. Preferably, the one from Tales of the Abyss (cheagle not included). The ability to shoot fire, destroy boulders, and fly up short distances would be very useful with various situations.
