    Say Hello to Baby Dovahkiin

I've seen worse names BY FAR for a child, it'll be fine. Loved the Johnny Cash references in the article by the way.

    Moving On

Fear not Escapists, this is not a cry for help or sympathy. Having recently been broken up with by my girlfriend of two years, I've understandably been having a tough time moving on, but I'm getting there. My question to you all is this: assuming you've been in a romantic relationship that has...

What Has Your Country Ever Done For Us?!

Canada didn't give the world the telephone, Scotland did. As far as I'm aware, Alexander Graham Bell is widely regarded as the inventor of the telephone, and he was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. OT - You can all thank Scotland for the Telephone, Anaesthetics, the Telegraph, Television and...

Ok, the main character of the last game you played attacked you... How screwed are you?

Seeing as I just finished playing some MW2, I'm pretty damn screwed.

Escape to the Movies: Green Lantern

Have you seen Buried? I thought he was absolutely brilliant in that, and you should give it a watch before you write off his acting ability. It annoys me that he plays it safe by doing mostly romantic comedies, when that film shows he can genuinely act.

Escape to the Movies: Green Lantern

Just saw a late-night showing of this with my brother, and we both enjoyed it. Not ground-breaking in any way, and by no means as good as something like Iron Man, but it wasn't bad either. Entertaining review, as it always is when MovieBob really tears into something, but I'll have to...

    Critical Miss: Harry Potter

By far your best comic yet in my opinion. Great characterisation of the Hat, good work.

292: The Husband & Wife Videogame Super Team

Brilliant article, you're a very lucky man to have found a woman that'll play games with you in that way. I'm working on trying to get the girlfriend more interested, but it can be quite tricky. However, she tells me she loves playing Guitar Hero, so we'll see how that goes. :) Also...

    304: Evolution, Not Deviation

Completely agree about Final Fantasy. I never played 7, but 8 through 10 share something that just makes them feel like a Final Fantasy game. Each one since then has just felt hollow, and definitely not right. OT - A very interesting read, and I completely agree that that is how a sequel...

    What Minecraft Is Missing

Could not agree more about trap doors. And as an extension of that, perhaps draw/rope bridges.

Escapist News Network: Inside the Newsroom

Loved it. I would suggest alternating between the two different formats. Great work guys, as always.

    Daily Drop: Milk

One of the best so far. Wasn't expecting the carton to explode so easily, but I suppose it is quite a lot of mass falling from a decent height. Anyway, t'was wonderful!

Kinect Hack Turns Minecraft Players Into Giant Monuments

Funny that the most interesting things about Kinect have turned out to be the hacks people have created for it. I have to say, this one is pretty awesome.
