Agoraphobe Won't Stop Cause He Can't Stop; Subpoenas Rappers

Love him or hate him, Erik Estavillo is now just plain entertaining, recently subpoenaing rappers to testify in his bothersome lawsuits.

You, me, my grandmother, and even her grandmother are sick of of Erik Estavillo [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/95721-Agoraphobic-PS3-Owner-Appeals-Sony-Lawsuit-Loss] by now, but his recent antics are too entertaining to ignore. He recently subpoenaed rappers Krayzie Bone of the group Bone, Thugs, & Harmony and Lady Sovereign to appear in his dismissed but appealed lawsuit against Sony for banning him from the PlayStation Network.

Estavillo's "logic" for calling Sovereign and Bone stems from the rappers' potty mouths. Estavillo plans to "highlight how rappers are not censored/banned/or punished for 'cussing/trash talking' on private property i.e. clubs, concerts, music channels/events or award ceremonies," and yet he was banned from the PSN for saying bad words.

The fact that Estavillo can muck up the legal system with this garbage sure is entertaining, but it also makes me want to throw up a little. If one positive thing can be said about him, it's that he's at least coming up with some outside-the-box strategies, but his lawsuits aren't exactly O.J. Simpson cases, they're frivolous wastes of tax dollars. What does he plan to ask Bone and Sovereign at the hearing anyway? "So, you curse in public and nobody gets upset, right?" Also, why just subpoena Krayzie Bone instead of the entire group? Now they must feel left out.

With all of Estavillo's activity, I'm sure the day is coming when his grand designs crumble around him in a sh*tstorm. We can only hope.

Seriously?
This kid has got to be faking. Agoraphobia is an actual disability, but everything this kid does just screams the exact opposite: Attention seeking, 'high profile' lawsuits? An open, strange, public court room? He'd have to appear in court and, for an Agoraphobic, that would be hell. Not to mention the press attention he would receive if any of his farce-lawsuits made it to court.

I call shenanigans.

Only now you call shenanigans? That sure took you a while with all the shit this guy has been flinging.

This guy only reinforces the American stereotype that desperately sues everybody hoping to get big bucks out of it. Congratulations, you've made the US look even more stupid.

Every time I hear about this guy I think to myself "wow, he couldn't turn out to be any more of a nutjob than I already think he is." Then a couple days later, low and behold, he's done something else. He's like the Energizer Bunny of batshit crazy.

Well I didn't have too much reason to doubt he was agoraphobic until this and the last story.
The lawsuits have always been stupid, but that's not what I'm calling shenanigans on.
I'm calling shenanigans on his 'disability'.

Well that was a little rude. No need to be rude, rude guy. Bring down the rudity, please. Way to much rude being thrown around with that rude sentence.

Well, at least he's going off on tangents now. Now gamers aren't the only ones that are going to be ticked off at him. That being said, how many other music groups do you think he'll go after? I'm sure he won't stop at just this one.

No lawsuit can be deemed "unworthy"...not after that McDonald's Million dollar ("Coffee is hot?) lawsuit...if you have the time and lack the morality, go for it!

Someone needs to go beat this kid with a wiffel bat. Aim for the kneecaps or something. So when he heals you can do it again a few more times.

Y'know, I moused over the link to this article, and the little annotation box came up saying:

"Agoraphobe Won"

And I shat myself.

Anyway, at the rate he's going, we can only hope the world will be united in hate for him and he will be angrily and bloodily mobbed.

i loled, honestly this is just awesome, he got rappers, actors and naggers all testifying for him, if he can convince people that hes an victim for cursing at some strangers online, strangers who where just relaxing whit their favorite hobby, by golly he could make rogue warrior out sell CoD 6, or rule the world, ruling the world would probably be better for a super villain, but it would be quite stressful, especially for a man whit so many problems.

It's bad enough he's able to even do this, but if he wins a single case, it just proves that the justice system clearly doesn't work.

The justice systems is gonna get fed up with him soon and then they are gonna pick up the phone and call the military. And we all know what happens when they get involved. One day Erik will be eating cheerios in his house and the next he will just be gone, never to be seen again...

Well, he may supposedly be an Agrophobic, but he certainly doesn't have any commitment issues...
