This man needs professional help, not internet mockery.
He would if he actually had some sort of disorder. Attention-whore isn't a recognized medical condition, and the only viable treatment is euthanasia.

This guy needs to be institutionalized, and quick. For his own good. Where the hell is this guys family? Shouldn't they be telling him that he is making a fool of himself? or are they just so embarrassed they won't be seen within several feet of him?

Crazier than a bed bug, or... no, there is no "or", he's just flat out zip-a-de-doo-da nuts. Not just a little, this guy is full on cracked, and it's way beyond is agoraphobia (for which he has nothing but my sympathy). Delusions are the least of his issues.

If one positive thing can be said about him, it's that he's at least coming up with some outside-the-box strategies, but his lawsuits aren't exactly O.J. Simpson cases, they're frivolous wastes of tax dollars.
No lawsuit can be deemed "unworthy"...not after that McDonald's Million dollar ("Coffee is hot?) lawsuit...if you have the time and lack the morality, go for it!
That particular case was the result of a malfunctioning coffee machine that produced a liquid hot enough to melt through the cup. The way McDonald's handled it with useless disclaimers was stupid, not the suit.

He better watch himself. If he keeps it up, eventually a judge is going to find him in contempt of court, or possibly his case will be ruled to be in bad faith, and he'll have to foot the bill for both side's legal costs.

"highlight how rappers are not censored/banned/or punished for 'cussing/trash talking' on private property i.e. clubs, concerts, music channels/events or award ceremonies," and yet he was banned from the PSN for saying bad words.
*head desk*

Seriously?

There are no words. I am out of words. That's a lie, I have one word left:

Retard.

Although that's an insult to retards everywhere, sorry guys.

Google imaged him. Got this.

Gotta admit: very accurate given the situation.

I have to think he thinks this is some kind of joke. There is no other explanation for his behavior. Heck, I'd think even a mentally insane/retarded person would have figured out how crazy/stupid/crazy stupid these lawsuits are getting.

People are always threatening to sue game developers when they get banned or the game isnt to their liking. I've heard the threat made many a time. Frequently they will yap about some medical condition that is supposed to make everybody scared.

Most people just roll up their eyes to these sorts of comments. So here is somebody doing it. He will almost certainly lose. It might have value in serving as a precedent.

It didn't melt the cup, she spilled it.

And because she was wearing cotton, it couldn't just be wiped off...the hot liquid got absorbed and gave her third degree burns.

How is any of that McDonald's fault?

Yep, every time I see one of these I get more convinced that this is some Dante's Inferno advertising.
