I'm not au fait with PSN, is he permanently banned for foul language? Having played on Xbox Live, I'm pretty sure most people on there should have life bans if this is the case, the racism on there is staggering.
Basically, this is a sad indicment of western culture, that is: I'm hurting, pass me the number of a bad lawyer. Anyone with an ounce of sense would have waited a few days, written to Sony and explained the situation, apologising profusely for their behaviour, perhaps offering to not use a mic during online play? No, he's right, sueing a faceless multinational corporation will ease all his woes.

If that guy ever makes it to court with one of his lawsuits, this self-proclaimed agoraphobe will finally be put under the scrutiny of at least one doctor and/or psychiatrist for evaluation (right now folks just don't give a damn), and then he'll finally be labled for the fraud that he is and get slapped across the face with an epic fine for wasting tax dollars for months on end.

as a law student, i've learned that he can be hit with what are known as Rule 11 sanctions if the claims he makes are so utterly ridiculous that any court in the world would rule against him. this idiot can keep digging his own grave, but he'll have a tough time climbing out
