but it does seem silly for the mother to not press charges. unless the boy had it coming or something? the mother should charge these girls so that people understand bullying is bad. how are people going to know bullying is bad if people get away with it, with not repurcussions.
and from the sounds of it they didnt just bully someone they left their school and went to a nother school and bullied someone there. that like extreme and premeditated and stuff
also there were 3 girls attacking a younger boy.
they should have the full force of the law come down on them. and the schools should punish them too. who cares that what they did happened off school property.

Hmmm...I don't have anything this bad. I think the closest to this I ever got was some girls turtled me and stuffed me into a locker (turtling is when you pull the shirt over your head and arms just enough to where you can't really move or see very well, like what hockey players do)Flare Phoenix said:

Eh, ive never been one for "Punish the fuck out of people as payback!" But you did hit it exactly on the head OP. If 3 boys did this, they would be screwed for life, I dont think anyone could really even deny it. THAT to me is the worst part of the story, these girls not being punished, fine whatever, if the kid isnt mentally disturbed, it is a lame prank, but if it were boys, regardless of how the girl feels about it, they would find no justice, only punishment for the rest of their lives.

Im not condoneing this, its stupid as fuck and pointless, but there is a culture of revenge that strongly exists, and I hate it. Like I said, if the boy is fine, then the story is done and over with. What upsets me is there is undoubtably a double standard that exists and boys WOULD feel the sting of that revenge.
