8th grade Girls Attack/Strip 11-Year-Old Boy

I can't believe the mother did not press charges.I highly doubt the parents will do anything more advanced then a stern talking to. I feel bad for the boy for all the humiliation he's probably going to suffer. These girls at the very least should be charged with child pornography. I don't think that the boy even needs to testify for that.

What really bugs me is that the parents and the school are avoiding the obvious conclusion.

These girls had no problem forcibly assaulting this kid, pinning him down, and stripping him on camera.

So how many times have these girls done stuff like this off camera?

Between this, and my own experience in middle school (which admittedly never involved anything this extreme) I'm surprised most people make a bigger deal about high school misconduct than they do middle school age behavior. Kids at that age range (6th to 8th grade) seem to be far worse when it come to screwing with each other and the victims of the bullying are correspondingly more vulnerable. At least that's the way I've seen it.

Why, oh why does she not press charges, are you fucking kidding me here!? These 3 girls get off scott free. Bet if it were a guy instead of gals, it would be them in jail for numbers of years and would be tried as an adult, but sense its a girl, its ok then!? Thats pretty fucked up. And I bet the girls will get out of it in one way or another. And why didn't the school do something, its outside the parents control if the school takes it up, hell, from what I understood is that several classmates of theirs SAW THE VIDEO, so why didn't either school step in and make an example of these girls, praticually a DON"T DO THIS! message would work.

Well to be fair, the school can't do anything with issues off school property. And the classmates thing well if the classmates saw it outside of school then again they can't do anything but if they saw it on school grounds(which is unlikely since most schools block YouTube) all they can do is punish the students who watched it. But I do agree that it does anger me that the girls got off with not even a slap on the wrist.

hmm the boy played his hand wrong, he should have faked enjoyment of the girls getting him naked, they would have found him creepy and left him alone. Also the mom is kinda stupid for not pressing charges. (although in norway you would have gotten no where with that, but in america..)

Thanks for enlightening me Proffesor James, I really forgot about that rule of schools. I almost feel the need to blow shit up to get rid of this anger, its bullshit that the mother didn't want to press charges, and yes it would take a while and what not, but would also be = apropiate is to go over to the parents house and tell them [even show them if necessary (the censored news version, of course)] what these 3 gals did to this one guy. Just.... FUCK SOCIETY AT TIMES!! [Note that I said at times, thus its only about a small percentage of rage inside the bunch of love for it.]

Hmm the mom probably knows the girls or their parents as they did say the boy was friends with the girl, so that may explain the not pressing charges as the boy may not realy want to deal with the problem and just ignore it and move on rather then go to court for a year ruin friendships and drag out the process, also since they said in the video it would be miss dimeaner charges and it would be their first offence nothing would happen anyway, though if the roles were reversed it would be different espicially since their is a huge difference between a 5th grader and a 8th grader.

Minors or not, they are breaking SO MANY LAWS - although, I must admit, I'm no expert on the American legal system, but I do understand the whole 'rights of a child' thing.
This is basically sexual assault, assault and battery, and a shittonne of child pornography charges - and the mother is going to leave it alone?

I'm really getting annoyed of this kind of thinking. Yeah, I know you're mainly joking, but it's still not that great of a thought. The kid is goddamn 11 years old, and when three random 15-year old girls (bigger than him, mind you) all of a sudden jump him and start ripping his clothes off, strip him nude in public, while simultaneously beating him and stepping on his neck, I don't think anyone would be that excited over the situation, especially at such a young age.

For god's sake, the kid probably just discovered the allure of girls, thanks to this he's probably going to stave off any sort of contact with the opposite sex.

Im not condoneing this, its stupid as fuck and pointless, but there is a culture of revenge that strongly exists, and I hate it. Like I said, if the boy is fine, then the story is done and over with. What upsets me is there is undoubtably a double standard that exists and boys WOULD feel the sting of that revenge.

The most noteworthy thing about this story is it brings to light that double standard and shows just how craved for revenge some people are.

How do you know he's fine? This could and probably will leave lasting psychological trauma, not just from the event but from the abuse he's likely to cop from his classmates. Just check out the linked 4chan threads to see the sorts of reactions it's getting already. It's the very same inaction you're advocating that causes situations like this to arise in the first place, it's not a "culture of revenge", it's a need for justice and punishment where it's due.
