A Question about Porn [Adults Only?]

Personally I only watch lesbian porn or solo girls. I don't know what it says about the imaginations of people if you need to see another guy to imagine yourself having sex... do you always view yourself in the third person? Maybe you hire some poor Mexican to follow you around with a full length mirror all day.

If I am watching porn I want to see something that arouses me, girls that I want to have sex with. Two girls naked together can be better than one because that's two girls I want to have sex with (I don't know why but if a girl is a lesbian it makes me want to have sex with her more, even if I might not normally find her particularly attractive... I am sure that says something about my psyche...).

Seeing a guy on the other hand is not arousing, it takes me out of the fantasy. I don't know about you but I would not have sex in the same room as another dude. So seeing a guy who isn't me is not sexy at all. It doesn't bother me in itself, but it isn't sexy. Also seeing a girl having sex with some other guy makes it feel even less like I could have sex with her, 'cause you know, she's already occupied.

My two cents on why I also don't understand hetero porn.

According to the Kinsey reports only 10% of the human populace is truly, fully 100% straight. Similarly only 10% are fully gay. Everyone else is various shades of bisexual (or bicurious).

I read somewhere that, while you might tie your conscious brain in knots placing yourself in the shoes of the guy (who looks very little like you), or imagining yourself doing what he does (without the aid of pumps and pills), your SUB-conscious mind is competing in some sort of virility match with this fellow, and your body follows suit. I have no idea, to be honest.
It's up there with "why does the porn focus so on blowjobs?", "what's the deal with anal?" and "in what way are cumshots appealing?" on my list of mysteries.

It's pleasurable because, in theory, the viewer has had sex before, or at the very least can somehow imagine what it's like to have sex. Since they can either draw on past experience or simply use their imagination of what it feels like, they can relive/imagine the experience. It's sort of like having sex through a proxy, I suppose. I never really thought about it much, actually until now.

Also, when the girl does things to the guy that she can't do to another girl (and toys don't count here) with a guy, it makes guys appreciate it a bit more. Again, this is based on the theory that they eiter relive past experiences or imagine the feeling.
