People who get banned from networks for inappropriate behaviour deserve to be banned and never have the bans lifted. There is absolutely never an excuse for racism, homophobia, verbal threats or any other kind of abusive language.
Not only does this guy not deserve to win his cases, the amounts of money he is asking for are frankly absurd.
As for being forced to buy two games to unlock features in one, he is betraying the very spirit of gaming which is that the activity is supposed to be fun, not to be such a raging completionist. Is he going to sue cereal companies for only putting a single prize out of a set of four in every box, thus forcing him to buy extra cereal?
