Why is this guy playing so many games? If he can't even afford to ship in his Xbox, how is he suppose to afford Live, new games and proably most importantly, FOOD AND WATER!

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but he's already successfully sued Sony for the removal of his PS3 link to the outside world.Amnestic said:I'm well aware that agoraphobia is a medical condition, thank you very much. Realistically, I'll wake up at 6, switch my alarm off and sleep in til 8, then have to rush to get ready for work. I've gone over this before in previous threads about this douchenozzle but he got banned from PSN in the first place, clearly he doesn't value the interactions he has over his consoles highly enough to warrant abiding by the rules and being polite.
Agreed. The more I hear about him, the more I have to think 'he is an attention whore liar'. Seriously, its like he's not even trying anymore. I can only image he'll end up banned from bring cases to court himself like Jack Thompson was.Amnestic said:I'm well aware that agoraphobia is a medical condition, thank you very much. Erik Estavillo appealed [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/93314-Agoraphobic-PS3-Owner-Sues-Sony-over-PSN-Ban] the dismissal and also filed a second civil suit against Sony for $180,000 in damages.
Sadly they don't send you a box anymore, but they still pay for shipping and everything else you just have to come up with maybe $2.00 depending on how nice of a box and packaging you want. And for someone paying large amounts of court cost that might be a lot to him.loremazd said:Considering you don't need any money to replace a red ringed 360, he might actually get counter sued by microsoft. You're wrong. The Judge threw it out of Court and he appealed and now it's in the process of being waited through the terribly backlogged court system - probably something to do with the people filing frivolous shitty lawsuits.wordsmith said:Quadtrix said:No, he's not. I really have to laugh though 'cause he claims he can't afford to get his 360 fixed, but he can apparently afford a lawyer to sue Microsoft.I mean; Microsoft AND Nintendo?
Ranooth said:He will not succeed against Nintendo, it's a breach of the T&C's. Also he's just a bloody idiot with the 360, he try phoning Microsoft? Doubt it.
I hope no judge takes this case and he gets laughed out. Disabled or not he's an idiot.
