Easy - Bloodlines. It got 2 official patches but none of them was due to sales - 1.1 came out almost at release date, 1.2 a short time after. And I would reckon my chances of buying it are around 75%. Depends on reviews and such. It is thematically up my alley so I will accept a few faults, but if I hear anything about gamebreaking bugs I'm waiting for a finished version. Just like any sane person should.
Dunno why people still pay $60 (often up front) for an inferior first playthrough experience from someone who paid less a bit later.
OT: I'll rent it first and if I think it is worth it, I will buy it, simple.
