If the sexist crowd can wait a second before lynching me, let me explain.

While she looks good, the character does not use her looks to gain anything. With that out of the way, let me say that I don't care about her looks, all I care about is her personality. She's uncaring and unloving at first glance, but when you look through the harsh outer shell, she's actually remarkably caring. Well, at least considering her situation.

The writers have given her an intresting sense of humour, too. It's dark as hell, but still you can't help to laugh. That is why she is my choice. Most of the female characters, at least the ones 'designed for guys in mind', do not really have that touch to them. She's the only one I can like for her inside, rather than her looks.

I will be extremly disappointed if noone disagrees with me and sends me hatemail.

Rayne was my first choice..

Viconia from the Baldur's Gate series. Her change as a character was very well written, I love the way that she would lash out at the PC and other party members as a self-conscious reaction against her own personal change.

Hm... Regina from Dino Crisis was always one of my favorite girls from a game. Alyx from HL2, obviously, and Mint from Threads of Fate. Probably my top 3.
