Microsoft still need to sell all of those 360+Kinect bundles to justify making that useless thing, so i wouldn't count on the PC version getting any official voice support. There's that, though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=r2gVZpaE1KsCovarr said:More importantly, why haven't they brought the voice features from 360 to PC? It's not like PC users don't have microphones they could use.
P.S. Thanks

Not just to avoid pissing off certain sections of the consumer base, but also to make sure the quality is up to an acceptable standard. As the Xbox version of DawnGuard is incredibly buggy, with any luck the PS3 owners will get to play it without all the little issues, which might make it worth the wait.
Pfffftthahahahahaha. SorryGreg Tito said:I'm sure it takes development time and money to convert the code to the PS3 and optimize it
I think we would all like to believe that. However, when the DLC in question released at the beginning of June (so source code is to a point deemed acceptable for launch and now it is just a matter of porting) and now it is almost September with no word or release window even announced is where things begin to break down. Especially when a second DLC is announced it kind of comes off like a big "fuck you, we don't care" to the angered consumer base. But that is just speculation, the real "fuck you, we don't care" comes from the fact that when pressed about the issue by a consumer the answer received isn't even an answer but instead a statement that they are disappointed as well. That is like going to work knowing you haven't finished a report or going to class without your homework and when the boss/instructor asks where it is you say "I'm sorry, I'm disappointed in me too." Didn't they just finish jumping all over Interplay for basically the same situation concerning a Fallout MMO?irmasterlol said:Maybe I'm just being naive, but I like to think they're trying to make sure we avoid the various game-breaking issues that plagued the original release.
I've got it for PS3 and I consider myself to be of average intelligence, most of the time. Personally, I'm running Linux on a laptop which wouldn't be good enough to run Skyrim even if it had windows on it. Also, my Xbox crapped out a year or two ago and I don't want to waste money on a replacement when a new console cycle is on the horizon. Yes, I'm a cheap bastard.Jove said:I got a question.
Why do you idiots keep buying Bethesda games off a PS3? Sometimes I feel like the only logical person here where I just buy the 360 version or PC for modding sake.
It's obvious Bethesda has difficulties making PS3 ports. Hell Its been obvious since the PS3 version of Oblivion. Yet you continue to buy it and Fallout 3 and Skyrim, and yet your still sitting raging and crying at your keyboards.
You get a Bethesda game for either Xbox 360 or PC. It's that simple. Otherwise, it's your own fault for being idiots once again on buying something from a company that obviously have trouble porting a game on. Just ask From Software on how their PC port of Dark Souls went.
