You can find what happened to the Dwemer in Morrowind and Tribunal. There's a lot of books and records of what happened during the Fight at Red Mountain. Also the snow elves are already in Skyrim... they are just called in an elvish name instead of a human name.Sniper Team 4 said:Sounds good to me. I'd like to leave Skyrim myself. Perhaps go into other territories since they're already in the game. Maybe deal a crushing blow to the Thalmor, or find a hint as to what happened to the Dwarves. Oh! Or find some snow elves! There are so many things they could do, so many mysteries they could answer. I can't wait for these DLCs.
I know that part, which is why I want to find actual Snow Elves. I think it'd be a fun story to suddenly discover a small band of them living in hiding, disgusted by what their race has become, but too afraid to show themselves to the outside world. A lost culture and everything.fanklok said:Snow Elves are already in Skyrim, they're called Falmer and they don't like you.Sniper Team 4 said:Sounds good to me. I'd like to leave Skyrim myself. Do tell! I play on consoles, so there's pretty much no chance of me ever getting my hands on Morrowind. Or is it something I can read in the wiki? I check that once, but I couldn't really find any evidence as to what happened.SirBryghtside said:Play Morrowind. Morrowind actually got released on the original Xbox and PS2. Just be prepared to deal with substantial load times; I read entire books during my experimentation with the console versions.Sniper Team 4 said:Do tell! Well that seems a little unfair to console players who don't get the mods. I'm sure they appreciate expansions.Xman490 said:I don't think Skyrim needs any DLC or "expansions" anyways. The game is huge and immersive, and the mods (now put in plain sight on Steam) act to add those little touches like interface changes.
I wish. Nah, only PC and Xbox. Morrowind save files on an 8MB PS2 memory card? In your dreams...Sniper Team 4 said:Morrowind actually got released on the original Xbox and PS2.
That's actually how Arena, the first game, was. Of course, the graphics are shit compared to today, and there really wasn't a whole lot of variety, but you could trek around the whole of Tamriel if you wanted to.Velvo said:I'm REALLY REALLY HOPING that they will put out a new Province with every "expansion" until the WHOLE OF TAMRIEL exists in one GIANT GAME. But you know... probably not.
I can hope though, right?
You clearly don't remember horse armor.Anthony Wells said:They havent done wrong by me yet with their dlc's so i don't expect them to with Skyrims.
