That's understandable; Rock Band is to actual musical instruments as typing is to longhand. You cna do both, but doing one doesn't mean you will be good ad the other by any means. There's plenty of real musicians that can't play their own songs on GH/Rockband.Ibanez887 said:

Played a second playthrough of Mass Effect (PC) where I searched through every system, landed on every planet I could find, finished all the collection side missions, found Wrex's family armour, helped Garrus kill Dr. Saleon...suffice to say I completed most of the game. Without dying I might add.......well until the last level, where a rocket from a defense turret hit me in the chest as I was standing in a trench.
Waaaay back when I was playing Might and Magic VIII I never got past the first island on my first hour or so playing. Getting fed up I came back a week or so later and managed to discover the teleporter quest.
Once that was done I got stuck in the temple.
I didn't know which button was jump >.<
The next year, yes year, I came back and finished the game. I actually really enjoyed it in the end.

Well at least I wasn't the only one. In fact, I think it happened in that exact same way to me, I called a friend and the exact same dialogue ensued. Then several weeks later a different friend called me about it...orangeapples said:

I have learned many times in many games that a rocket launcher is not a CQB weapon.

Would be half life 1, Zen first bit where you -need- to long jump, I just ran into the Long Jump module by accident, without my headphones on so I didn't know I could... Took an hour and a lot of walkthrough reading in order to understand how to do it: THEY ALL SAID JUMP!

Tried to stick an enemy Warthog on That Big Map With The Command Bases And Missile Silos, missed, got a Warthog containing three teammates, and effectively flipped them off the cliff.
They weren't happy.
That or flying my team to the extraction point in GTA:IV co-op, dropping down too quickly, snagging the tail on a surpisingly solid birch tree and landing two feet away from the extraction point upside down and on fire.
Again, unhappiness.
Or spending ages playing Prey stuck in short corridor before realising I just had to look up and shoot something. By ages I mean twenty minutes before resorting to t'internet. I have waaaay too many of these. N00b skeels ftw.
