It's US-only Twitter contests and autions of sorts.

Specifically, get tokens for registering your interest, registering ME2, DA:O and DA:A (or beating quizzes on them, yes it will be backdated), or winning Twitter contests. Use your tokens for bidding on swag such as PCs, games and merch.

Oh, and New York and Florida is excluded.
What? No Florida? I wasn't going to do the contests, but still. Why not Florida? It'd have made sense if it excluded Hawaii and Alaska, but New York and Florida? That's just completely senseless!
And Canada. I mean, they operate from EDMONTON, the most isolated and frozen provincial capital in the freaking world! Have sympathy for everyone around you, Bioware!

AWESOME!! Something for long-term Bioware fans, who have stayed with the company for 10 years or longer!

...Only in NA...
...Only America...
...Only some of the states...
...For a limited time...

Thank God I wasn't hyped up for it.

This is hilarious. Soon every website will start putting up mysterious timers counting down to... scheduled maintenance!

Last I looked, BioWare, your head office was still just down the street from me...in CANADA....
Actually, our head office is in the U.S, what with being a division of EA and all.
Well...that would explain teh evul on so many levels, then. -_-

If I ever make a countdown of any kind, I'll just count the last 10 seconds, it would go something like this : omg omg cauntdawn strating, ten more secodnz (9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,) - End

...minus Florida...
...*cries*

Or not really. I would've liked to try for a PC, but this isn't the first time this has happened to me (I'm looking at you, Saboteur contest!).

Seeing as it involves Twitter, I'm less sad than what I'd normally be. Although the server meltdown is hilarious.

US only...damn and fail.

Other than that the countdown thing made me chuckle. After all that's what a countdown in RE generally lead to lol

Woah, do I see a person who works at BioWare on this site? That is twelve different shades of awesome.

OT: Eh, I usually wouldn't care since I never enter these things but the fact that it's US only is just unforgivable. Since, y'know, the US isn't the entire world.

So... the 15th Anniversary Celebration Contest of a Canadian Company isn't available to Canadian Residents? Huh.

Can't argue to much though, I probably wouldn't have participated anyway.

Wow, what a let down. BioWare, I still love you, but this wreaks of EA sellout. Boys, we've lost another one.

What's even left, Valve?

Damn it all......
Valve is becoming a new Evil Empire all on their own (See: Steam Monopoly). I mean, soon they'll have The Empire, the Evil will follow thereafter (See: Bobby Kotik used to be the good guy).

But yeah, my gut reaction to this is to see Bioware as finally having "Gone American". I mean they've already sold out to American Social Pressure (See: Lack of Same Sex Couplings in Recent/Upcoming Bioware games) and moved their head offices to the States. This "non-inclusion" of their home country, something they seem to have tried to ensure before, is saddening.

People, calm the hell down! Wait and see if this isn't an April Fool's event before cursing Bioware to damnation over a contest.
