Hard to be excited about this since I don't use Twitter, and actually find the idea kind of banal. This means I won't be able to earn many tokens from the way it looks, and thus not compete/bid with those who do use Twitter.

Wonder how many people bought their games that live in New York, Florida, or the rest of the world. Great job, guys. Next time, some free DLC will do just fine, thank you.

Ok wait wait wait, BioWare. A Canadian Developer. Is having a contest where Canadians aren't eligible to participate? Am I reading this right? They just might go on my shit list for this.

All that fuss just for an "exclusive" auction. I love Bioware to participate, but I guess it doesn't love me. Exclusive !@#$%#@#

irronically people wouldnt of been as pissed as they currently are if they had just left it as a countdown with no tag line billing it as a community event
Or pointed out two weeks ago(?) that it was American only. That way, the 70% of their fans that aren't part of the community wouldn't have needed to spend extra energy getting excited.

For what it's worth, this [http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/13/index/1960476/1] is the official link on their site. It's funny reading the differences in response between the handful of people who can participate (who are mostly "it's just a few hats and T-Shirts) and the vast majority of the population who have realised that they are excluded from a "BioWare Community Event".

Sigh thats really not anything big at all. Congulations on your 15 year anniveristy. Eat some cake at the office, have a wicked office party get drunk later but start a token online auction for the customer that made it possible for the company to esists for 15 years and not have everyone included. It's not bad but an insult to the customer. Celebrated the big day event with some giveaways for the loyal custoemrs, a huge Q and A section, a web tour of the place, stuff that really show what Bioware is really about and how they appriate their customers and offer half off items, extra bonuses and free content for their games etc.

Personally bioware made themselves look stupid.

Yay, thanks for leaving Canada out! .. or not. I really should be used to this by now. Cool contests with cool prizes that I can't win simply because those running the contest don't want to do a little more legal work.

I am thinking which of my friends in Mississippi I can use as an address. 8)

I am living in Canada, my folks live in Florida (excluded), but my GF is from Mississippi.

Lucky me!

But I am going to spend these points on DLC instead of losing them all in an auction.

It's US-only Twitter contests and autions of sorts.

Specifically, get tokens for registering your interest, registering ME2, DA:O and DA:A (or beating quizzes on them, yes it will be backdated), or winning Twitter contests. Use your tokens for bidding on swag such as PCs, games and merch.
Linkage [http://social.bioware.com/bazaar].

Oh, and New York and Florida is excluded.

Really? New York and Florida? AH, hahahahahahaha!, I've got to laugh, that's funny and it takes out more of the competition.

And, I do feel for the international players out there that cannot participate either, but that too leaves less to compete with when going against them for these fabulous prizes.

Bioware Forums are funny right now xD

They should've gone with the "Game Announcement" idea, now this totally backfired, good work EA :p
You neglected to post an "X" over Florida and another over New York
