Atomic mass of iron = iron curtain
Extreme cold = cold war
British Intelligence = Secret agents fighting in cold war

all of the above = Bond, James Bond..

Apparently the next movie is in doubt but it's official a licensed game is in the works

With the exception of the James Bond thing, I'm guessing this. It's very odd of Bioware to make a prequel to one of their games. Hell, until recently they hadn't made more then two games to a series.

Plus, I don't want to see Mass Effect milked to hell and back :(

BioWare Drops Another Hint

BioWare [http://www.bioware.com] has let slip another hint about its secret new project and this one leads somewhere that you probably weren't expecting.
That image is all the proof that I need. It is almost certainly related to Mass Effect. That short little clip probably took a fairly significant amount of effort to put together, and (I hope) Bioware is not so lazy as to reuse a design that would still require them to remodel the weapon entirely.

This my friends, is VERY clearly an Incisor Sniper Rifle, and it is a weapon in Mass Effect 2.

YEEEEEEEAAAAHHHHH

Whether it's Mass Effect 3, or 'N7 Code of Honor: Medal of Duty', I care not, I will be greatly excited.
Yea it look very very alike the sniper rifle in Mass effect however it is not exactly the same, but it might because they remodel the game model.

lol N7 Code of Honor: Medal of Duty...I'll play that
Would be pretty sweet. Bioware would actually do well enough to balance the freaking game instead of spraying random stats all over the weapons with a hose.

Many people have suggested such things, but there's nothing saying that ME3 (or N7:COH:MOD) couldn't take place on Earth. We haven't been there yet in ME and it's pretty much guaranteed to be attacked at some point now that Humans have pretty much established themselves as the primary threat to the Reapers (thanks to Shepard).

Not to mention my previous point of the rifle in the screenshot being IDENTICAL to one that has already featured in Mass Effect.

It's not hard to see after a few seconds, especially with the pictures side by side.
The only two differences are that the muzzle brake stand has been removed and it is a darker color pattern.

While yes, it is technically possible that the game is not Mass Effect, I don't think anyone at Bioware is stupid enough to take the whole time required to remodel, reskin, and render the gun into this high quality clip and image when they had already used the design in Mass Effect.
its a game set in the mass effect universe starring another human spectre (or perhaps a corsair)
WTB ALLIANCE CORSAIR GAME!
I forgot about those guys! That would almost be better than N7:COH:MOD!

We need to put the people that cracked the Portal ARG to work on this, ASAP. :p
Oddly enough, I was thinking the exact same thing...

Anyways, it would be interesting to see something that doesn't stick to Bioware's established guns (no pun intended).

Spy game, spy game! Please let it be spy game!
A James Bond type game by Bioware... sploosh.

Please let it be a spy game, as much as I looooove Mass Effect, I would prefer a new IP over COD: Spectre Agents.
Actually, something like that would be cool... but come on! SPY GAME!
I'm with you. We can hold hands and start a circle praying to Jesus, Allah, Vishnu, The Flying Spaghetti Monster, whoever and hope it helps.

I don't see how it can be a whole new IP when they are doing Dragon Age, Mass Effect, AND Star Wars TOR. I don't see where they would have the time.

Ok, someone really needs to watch License to Kill. Why?

Now another bridget has appeared on Secret Intelligence Service [http://www.facebook.com/BioWare]. They're the James Bond guys, sometimes known as MI6.

What does it mean? Maybe the new project is an Spectres [http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Protocol-Xbox-360/dp/B001D25M1Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1290201655&sr=8-1] make a mess of things and they're getting ready to step in and show them how it's done.
Because in 1989 there was one James Bond film made, Lisence to Kill, featuring Timothy Dalton as James Bond for the 2nd and final time. Vostok, the first hint dropped, had the lowest temp ever recorded of -89.2 degrees Celsius. Now this clue leads to MI6. Also, Vostok means east, and his first assignment is to Turkey, which is vostok, or east of The U.S. and Britain.

I guess Commander Shepard is
*Puts on Glasses*
Renewing his License to Kill.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAH!!!

Also, Looking at Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen, an Antarctic Pioneer who's ships name was the Vostok. Vostok, the name of the place where the lowest temperature on earth was recorded. Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen was a pioneer, who sailed out into the unknown.

Exactly. I imagine that it isn't going to be ME3 at this point, as the art direction is rather different in that picture, but something to do with the universe of Mass Effect is almost assured. It's the Incisor, people. Who cares about what MI6 means?!?

Honestly.

BioWare has to stop this petty ass shit. What are they trying to achieve here? Hype up a game beyond impossible odds? We all know Fable takes that cake if it exists.

Shitty marketing if you ask me.
Shitty marketing, or marketing shit? Time will tell.

One more thing before I get off of my Old Man Rant soapbox: I haven't been impressed by Bioware since the good ol' days of the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games. Yawn.

I hope someone tries to recreate Alpha Protocol, but done right. Despite its glaring flaws, it had one of the best conversation and choice systems ever used in a game, IMHO.

I am immune to your silly hype machine, Bioware. I don't care how many cryptic hints you drop. I can wait patiently for the actual reveal, you're not going to get me playing your little "guess what?" game.
Hear, Hear! Har, Har! Things are starting to get really bad when they're teasing the announcement that will most likely contain a teaser trailer teasing the game, which probably won't surface for years. I suppose that's just cause it's Bioware, people think that they're going to come out with an announcement that's going to be the next gaming revolution.

Even if it turns out to live up to the hype and excitement you've set for it, good luck maintaining that level of excitement for the next 3 years while it's actually getting developed. We have nothing better to do than sit in anticipation, wasting our attention and time resources, for something we know nothing about, nor do we know it will actually be any good?

If you can't find a better use for your time and energy than gawking, slack-jawed, at some future possibility, I don't really know what else to tell you... but it would probably be written off as trolling, so I won't go into it.

The hype machine will turn and sputter ever onward, and it remains for the few not throwing ourselves willingly into it to rant like madmen about how it's a pity.
