I have a feeling that Bungie could get screwed over by the assanine CEO's (you know which one I'm talking about) of Activision, but then again it is only a publishing deal, but I can't see any good outcome for Bungie.

I can already imagine this: WoW players may get to buy Spartan (Halo) armor, swords and shields (for a ridiculous price, I might add). Give people the option of coloring said peripherals and the execs can literally see the tidal wave of money coming.

I used to go there for a while. Ironically, I got driven away by all the Halo hatred. Had fun on the Flood though.
