Im willing to bet cookies on one weapon being a staff which shoots a laser bolt. And another weapon which has two settings a 'stun' and 'kill'

My theory is dealing with alien ancestor theory, man vs Egyptian Gods, and how the Egyptian Gods gave way to the Monotheistic God, (The New Monarchy?). That's my take, and I'm genuinely interested. Just because Too Human fucked shit up for ancient mythologies doesn't mean every game using mythology as an inspiration will be terrible. Case in point, God of War and Enslaved.
