Ugh, you just reminded me how much I want Rock Band right now. URGHPHELGLEMECLECOKGH, if only there weren't a dozen other games I was planning on buying!

Always rent my semi-fanboy friend, games will never last that long that the $60 will be worth it. Except:

1. Rock Band 2 (Of course)
2. Fallout 3
3. Left 4 Dead

Bah, I don't rent, mainly because it feels odd to give away a game. I once had Ace Combat 4, and I absolutely loved the game, but I eventually sold it.

I've regretted it ever since...

And I would use Gamefly if my father would let me! He says it's not worth it, all I can say is..........waaaaaahhhhhhh?

Who actually cares about this...? I have both consoles but im not going to buy ghostbusters for either of them, most people only like the idea of it for the Novelty, but in fairness it seems kinda...silly. I mean, seriously...its just ghostbusters. Theres no Chainsaws...theres no guns...but theres...well...a thing...and you get to fight a giant marshmallow man and a peice of green goo and I WANT THIS GAME.

That's that one photo-realistic looking game that's like a cinematic experience, isn't it? I remember reading a preview on it, it looks like quite the undertaking.

I think this might be more of a timed exclusivity anyway, though I'm just speculating on some other articles on this.

I didn't read the entire thread, but I did receive an e-ml from a friend screaming like a child getting an snes for Christmas that the Ghostbusters game is not only coming out for the PS3, but also the PS2 at the same time. They were happy that they did not have to fork over loads of cash to get a new system in order to play it.

Why is Sony releasing it on both their current gen and last gen consoles? Is this a bad business move? There are obvious fans of the movie series that would unload an entire dowry into order to buy the game.

edit - the ps2 version is also supposed to cost less upon release as well.

That we do, but I have a PS3, so it's all good for me.

In the exception of The World Ends with You, Europe basically gets a game after the US have played it completed 100% and written a review and plot analysis on it. It's despicable. It's like everyone has something against Europe.

Other wise as someone else stated how good can a GB game be ... adventure with mini-games for capture sure ... arcade shooter meh dont care.

It is on the Wii, but it's exactly the same story with the Wii as it is with the 360: only the Sony versions will be released in Europe and the PAL regions now, that doesn't only scrap the 360 version, but also the Wii version. This whole story isn't just a move against Microsoft.
