Man, I was in the height of CoD fandom a few weeks ago.

I was working on fall camoflauge on my trusted WA2K.
Trying to get a 15:11 K/D ratio.
Going to prestige for the third time...

I don't see how 40K can be related to a game like COD. The concept of 40K and Futuristic Warfare are very different. They're not going to go Starship Troopers 3 with God so 40K isn't really Space Warfare. In fact Space Warfare in 40K is basically 2 huge-ass ships blasting the shit out of each other. As far as I know 40K.

They aren't going to use all of those names, they're just playing it safe. I agree the names are sort of ridiculous but some of those names of yours don't even make sense.

I can safely assume that you meant the names were ridiculous, not that you thought they were going to use all of those names for games?

Of course , i was not thinking they would actually make a COD:trek or COD darth vader ,

Activision are just hedging their bets. They don't want some squatter buying up the domains and charging them obscene moneys to buy them back in the unlikely event that they ever decided to make a game with one of those names.

Well, Battlefield went into the future, so it's only natural Call of Duty follows suit. I expect them to introduce destructable environments in 5 years and herald it as "the new thing".

I honestly think the battlefield guys would make it better.
