I get them, but only if I log out of my account, even with my blockers turned off.

They show on both signed in and signed out for me on Firefox for iOS. On my desktop I see the “Recommend Videos” heading but the space beneath is blank and my sign in status has no bearing on it.
Shits weird and annoying.
It also blocks you from opening your alerts page. At least for me.
Did some testing, and from what I can tell, an ad/script blocker removes the actual video ad (and afaik all other ads), but leaves a blank space below recommended video like Gordon said. Confirmed on Firefox, Chrome and Edge using uBlock Origin (Lite for Chrome). Mobile is out of luck tho, unless you one of those adblocker browers to browse, but I don't know if those are any good.
