Hahaha I can't believe these idiots havent been killed yet.
Exactly. I actually met these bastards in person at the 9/11 memorial in Pennsylvania. Being in their prescence made me physically sick and I felt anger like I have never experienced before. I can't wait for something bad to happen to them.

It's a hobby idiots.
It's not what it is, but more of who did protest. Remember the church of nutjobs that protested against soldiers. They went as far as to say good riddance for the soldiers that died.

I don't mind idiots, they are kinda needed to make smart people look smarter.

Just another reason why I sort of dislike religious people...

They always try and force their believes onto others.

I do not mind if people have a religion, thats all fine and dandy, but do not judge me for my believes either. In fact doesn't the bible say something about judging others? I don't know but they should. hehe... would be fun if I knew more about the bile AND Superman than them ;)

Lets end this with:
It's not god I hate, its his fan club I can't stand.

Alright, who told? How many times do we have to go over this? If they wearest not the traditional vestments of the ComiCon, thou shalt not expose the sacred texts to them, as they be not True Believers.

Now, someone get the Kryptonite bataring, I'll go set up the alter for the penance ritual. We'll do that after the reading from the book of Lucas.

They should make an inspirational poster of these guys
Extremism: Making your ___________ look bad.

I'm really sorry if someone came up with this idea before me on this thread. I tried to look at all thirteen pages.

EDIT: Better yet how about putting the phrase. I'm in ur religion, Making you look bad.

Please don't call this group of hate filled inbred psychopathic cultists a church. They don't deserve the title.

If you guys haven't seen this check it out, and see how long you can keep your cool about it and not explode with rage! It's a fun little game.
Wow. Hannity called them twisted! Oh, Rupert Murdoch, you ironic bastard!

Man, magical thinkers are amusing. I wonder if WBC likes to ride with their tops down, listn'n to that Jesus Muzik...

Edit: After watching a good bit of "The Most Hated Family in America," I have come to the conclusion that WBC does not, in fact, like riding with their tops down, listn'n to that Jesus Muzik. Actually, I'm about 99% certain that they don't enjoy anything that doesn't have to do with calling people "fags." Apparently, taking enjoyment out of anything else is idol worship. Not really sure how that works.

These scum are the best argument there can possibly be for the limitation of free speech.

My solution? If I saw them picketing something, I'd pick up something blunt and heavy and beat the shit out of as many of them as I could get my hands on.

Fortunately I live in Australia and don't have to put up with filth like this.

Don't ever let anyone infringe upon your rights just because some assholes like to fuck things up for everyone else.

Thanks for ruining the concept of "Religion" WBC.

Dicks.
Because they are the ones who ruined it. Look at the history.
Please, PLEASE, don't start this with me.
You're the one who started it. I have merely corrected it.

A bunch of idiots protesting and saying fairly hilarious things compared to self-proclaimed religions of peace and not being dicks to your neighbors attacking and killing gays, scientists, grabbing money, and all that. Look at a good portion of the past 2000 years. And even before that, because other religions aren't generally all that better in some respects.

Yeah. Clearly, the former is the most vile thing that hath ever tarnished the pure concept of religion!
Jesus Christ, you had to start it didn't you.
YOU had to start it, because I didn't do anything. I just made a post, and you had to come in with your "anti-religion" guns a' blazing.

You know what? I'm done. I'm not willing to start a big argument with you about how religion is good or how it's bad, about how you need to back off or about how I'm an ignorant jackass, blah, blah, blah.

I'm going to stop this shit before it begins.

Good day sir.
I fail to see how my comment was at all anti-religious. Unless anyone actually agrees that discrimination and violence should be important parts of religions that market themselves as religion of peace, I don't see how my first post was at all offensive.

Thanks for digging through my profile, though. My ideological or political views are of little concern here. Your original comment was "incorrect", because you implied that a bunch of dickheads with placards "protesting" and to some extent perhaps abusing their right of free speech are ruining the concept of religion. I've got nothing against the concept of religion as a uniting force - well, I do have SOME problems but as long as said religion doesn't try to become the government or infiltrate the public education, I'm cool with it.

However, simply sweeping all the other atrocities people committed in the name of their religions, things that often go against the core rules of said religions, under the carpet just makes you look like an asshole. A bunch of idiots with slightly offensive - and funny, in a fucked up way, slogans and placards are nothing in comparison to centuries of discrimination and violence against, well, pretty much anyone. Women, gays, atheists, other theists, and so on.

So, no, WBC did not "ruin the concept of religion", if you assume religion to be some kind of a positive force which it very much can be. To say that they ruined the concept of religion would be to turn a blind eye on all the atrocities committed in the past centuries by practically everyone. Hell, even the atrocities committed fairly recently. No offensive slogan equates to loss of life.

So, I am merely providing a correction for your ignorant statement. By no means I'm attacking religion in this post, I am merely going over very real atrocities committed under the guise of religion over much of our history and comparing them to, well, a bunch of dicks protesting with mildly offensive slogans.
