From a female standpoint, a lot of those games at the top of the list seem like games girls don't play often. Now I'm not saying that girls don't play those games. That would be silly. But IRL, I have heard key names like "Call of Duty" or "Medal of Honor" as a reason for someone leaving a male gamer.

I've also known men who left female gamers for their obsessions. I'm surprised The Sims franchise isn't on that list somewhere because it has broken up at least two relationships that I know of.

Gotta find a game that you and your partner can play together, that's what I say.

I can see why Super Mario Bros. and Mario Kart would be on there.

SMB: "No, jump there. Not there, there. What? No get that thing, no the other thing. HOW ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS?!"

Mario Kart: Blue Shell. That is all.

Anyway, I find it kind of sad that some people put games over relationships. Well, maybe not so sad if the relationship was crappy beforehand, but still.
A Critical Miss comic represents this perfectly. It's a shame I'm too lazy to find and embed it.

Ah, always funny.

I'm surprised World of Warcraft is so low on the list. Although, all the woman really has to do if her man wants to spend time playing games is start playing the game too, and then they can be together online. It's certainly not a good solution, but I know of at least one instance where it worked, so it's at least viable if they really want to keep each other.

I love that Football Manager is second in the list. When i get back from work theres nothing better than a 2-3 hour session on it and my girlfriend hates it lol.
