Yes you can, there are viruses that can send too much voltage to the motherboard, cpu, or even gpu which will completely destroy the part rendering it useless. Although you don't have to worry so much about it, because attacks like that are usually only done to certain people who have pissed off someone who knows what they're doing.Sougo said:Can you actually 'lose' a computer to a virus?
