So if something sucks for more than three months then our criticism and opinions mean nothing? Oh that makes perfect sense.

Well the majority of people on this website seem to like it so they must be doing something right. There is still comedy, just not video game comedy.

Ah, so if some people like it, other people are clearly wrong for not liking it and criticizing it. Cool.

Nobody said you were wrong, I said they were doing something right by catering to the majority. Your reasons for not liking it are your own but the question is, why do you keep coming back to read it if you dislike it so much?

Because as I said before, I'm hoping that the quality will go back up or that this arc will just die already. And even if the majority likes it that's still no reason to ignore all criticism. An artist can still stand to grow and improve his craft even if a fair amount of people like him.

Would the few of you quit crying about the arc being "too long", "not funny"? When they started it with a new chapter or part to the comic it was implied this would be a more serious tone. For god sake, the poster was her staring down at a glass of scotch or some shit. Let the artists make what they want, nobody is forcing you to read it.

I sure the neighbors called the cops. At least I would if I saw some Aryan hanging his girl friend out a window. No the important lesson here is don't go home with random guys from a bar. If they don't rape you they will probably murder you.

It is kind of stupid that the crazy people are throwing psychology at each other. To be honest not all crazy people think they are crazy so this might be accurate. Maybe she had a moment of clarity and finally realized, "I better GTFO or I'll end up in a chest freezer."

I read this comic a couple times, and people mention that Erin has a mental illness. Is it...like a retardation of some sort? I know she sees video game characters, and talks to them...which is...uhhh...delusional, or schizophrenic...but she also seems to not be a very smart person either. Maybe the guy writing the comic likes his main character to act like erratic spazy headcase with the inability to think? In fact...what the hell was the whole purpose of the inner child? It didn't actually seem to say anything beyond 'Yep, despite your apaprently crippling social and emotional problems, keep acting like an utter moron. It's been doing you so well up to now, you might as well commit to it...'?

Screw this. If I wanted to read comics about obviously insane people, I'd read batman. Imma go read batman.

That's a good observation. I for one can't wait for this arc to end and get back to the gaming jokes! How long's it been since we've seen one game character, even in Erin's hallucinations?

It is all pretty stupid, yes.

I'm insisting in giving this comic the benefit of doubt since I used to enjoy it quite a bit, but then again my patience only gets so far. This arc is gearing up to herald a fall of overall quality similar to that of Dub This! which, for those fortunate of you that do not know such webcomic, means we get from "pretty amusing" to "induces projectile vomiting".

This is very much "People making terrible decisions for terrible reasons: The Webcomic", yes.
It can actually can be really entertaining, in a Clown-on-fire-tumbling-down-a-volcano kind of way.

But in all honesty, I also don´t get what the point of the inner kid thing was.
