Yeah, I'm so ready for this. Hopefully by the time it is released, I'll have every movie in the Marvel Cinematic universe and can prepare by binge watching all of the movies.

That tweet was brilliant.

I'd wager that the leak was an IT issue with the trailer being uploaded somewhere in advance without being properly secured.

Still, it looks good. I've been expecting big things, so the trailer doesn't wow me, but I'm still expecting big things.

Hopefully, AoS will get enough support to continue. It been strong so far, but so much is dependent upon understanding where the characters are coming from. Without the appreciation of last season, new viewers may not find much of a hook in the show. Maybe they need to bring the series to a popular streaming service so more people can join (or maybe start) the bandwagon.

Man home run after home run, and than this, I'm certainly pumped. Hulk buster V Hulk is definitely one of my favorite match ups.

Eh? Second verse, same as the first really. Who wants to bet it starts out okay, then things get progressively worse, an Avenger(most likely Black Widow) says something about having underestimated Ultron, Captain America gives a speech, they all fight as a team again, one or more of the Avengers is thought dead, Ultron is defeated in either a comically simple way or an overly dramatic explosion/emp blast, and in the end all the Avengers go their separate ways again.

Credits.
Either you're the most underwhelmed/hard to impress Marvel fan ever or you're secretly flying DC's flag and hoping they'll get their act together and beat Marvel. Either way you're kinda killing the good vibes/hype.
You forgot the third option: A guy whose seen a blockbuster movie in the last 10 years. What, you think Marvel is going to kill off one of their multimillion dollar characters?! Yeah, sure, that'll happen. They'll kill off Thor and then not make Thor 3. Lets all pretend this'll happen, otherwise SPOILERS: I predict the bad guy loses in the end.

Just because you knew they weren't going to kill off Han, Luke, or Leia in "Empire Strikes Back" didn't make the movie any less tense, and didn't mean they couldn't leave the audience with a shocking, "sad" ending.

ACTUAL POSSIBLE SPOILERS:

Seeing as Chris Evan's contract with Marvel will be wrapped up after Cap 3, it's most likely he will be assassinated by Crossbones who survived almost fatal injury at the end of Cap 2 (or who knows, Ultron might kill Cap early, seeing his shield all ominously at the end of the trailer might imply just that). Now... who recently signed up for a contract for future films with Marvel Studios?
Sebastian Stan. Aka Bucky Barns/The Winter Soldier. Who canonically in the comics became the new Cap after his assassination.

Don't ever doubt Marvel when it comes to fatalities. They're willing to do just that... because they've done it NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST. And you know, variety's sake. Especially with Ultron as the antagonist, there's no way in hell the movie will end on a happy note.

OT:
Clever tweet Marvel, clever tweet.

As for the trailer, it looks great. Most of what I can gather is that whatever is going down is serious, it's all Tony's fault, Ant-Man is probably out there in a hammock thinking "in this movie universe... it aint my problem!", HULK BUSTER, no sign of Vision unfortunately, and that Ultron is looking to be the best Marvel villain.

Yes, from a trailer alone i'm willing to go off such a bold statement that Ultron will MAKE this movie. His dialogue... his look... his voice...
Can I say F***ING NAILED IT?!

Seems unusually broody and grim for Marvel.
IT also looks kinda "meh."

I mean, I'm in it anyway. I was locked in the minute they did Avengers and I'll see where this goes, but...

Eh?

Or maybe just honest.

I mean, when I saw the title of this thread, I was basically saying "omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg" until the trailer video actually loaded.

And I was underhwelmed.

I mean, it had some cool stuff, but...I'm sticking with "eh" here.

Pity the poor soul who leaked this, because Disney will find them. And it's going to hurt. Very badly. Losing his or her job will probably be the least of it.

Okay, yes, the trailer looks good. I hope we're not going to see a civilian murdering spree in the movie (Avengers managed to do fine without that), but I have to admit that my favorite part of this whole article is Marvel's tweet. That made me bust up laughing.

I kept expecting Red Reddington to show up.

Also thought the 2 second snippet of hawkeye walking through the forest looked really awkward and out of place haha

Can't wait for this movie though. Looks awesome.

This trailer struck me as extremely underwhelming.

I was both surprised and disappointed with Marvel's first Avenger movie and they've more or less killed any hope I had of this movie being any better.

The Avengers have a ton of great stories to choose from. It's a shame to see them continuously underachieve like this. This movie, like the first, will basically be "Go for the safest option possible!", just like any trash summer blockbuster.

Wait? That was the teaser trailer? Will the full trailer will be 5 minutes long??? I suppose the only thing that hasn't be reveal yet is The Vision. Also I kind of disspointed with Ultron voice, I was expecting it to be more robotic and less emotion to it and yet still make it emotion to it.

James Spader as the voice of Ultron is even better than I imagined. He's going to make the last Avengers movie seem like a child's bedtime story in comparison.

I definitely think the movie is going to be good...but honestly the trailer kind of put me off. We've seen the Avengers fighting each other, heck them having to learn to get along was a good chunk of the first movie. Really hoping that isn't a major thing again; hopefully it's just a small section of despair where Banner losing control of the hulk. It's like hearing that another Spiderman reboot is coming, we all know the origin story just move on. And with all the Marvel universe rebuilding do we really need them at each other's throats again for a chunk of the movie?
Banner loosing control of hulk? I think it's much more likely that ultron is taking control of Iron Mans independent suits or armor and hulk is fighting against them. We allready see that Ultron looks sort of like an iron man suit and in the trailer he says themselves that they have to fight what he has created or something along those lines.

You've seen a single film and one 2:17 min trailer. That certainly is more than enough material to establish a pattern of continuous underachievement.

Going for the safest option possible is Marvel's modus operandi for everything. That's why they made a Guardians of the Galaxy movie - a property with a proud, uninterrupted publication history lasting for more than thirty years, featuring an ensemble of A-list characters known to everyone on the planet.

I think it's less at each other's throats and more "WTF Tony?" and Thor is simply expressing his opinion in the most Viking-God way possible.

Age of Ultron looks like it's going to be exactly the same plot as the first one except replace "Loki" with "Ultron".
