And yet you're asking me to persuade you by proving a hypothetical negative. Do you understand why asking people to prove a negative is dumb?

Because Obama is not on the ballot.
This is what you don't get, Obama, Clinton, and Biden are all similar, and share a similar economic, and social ideology. Aka Neoliberalism. When I attack Biden I am attacking his economy and his social policy, and his ideology from where he bases his ideas, and his actions.

It's like I am explaining to a 3rd grader how politics works.

No I understand that perfectly. We're totally screwed for the foreseeable future. I'm just not going to waste my energy on having a tantrum over it.

Now I will repeat the question: Do you understand why it is a foolish thing to ask someone to prove a negative?

I will say this on every page, there is not time for an electoral solution. We are already falling over the cliff, the inertia is too significant to stop with the incoming half measures, look for other solutions now.

While I recognize Obama is better than Trump, saying he was a good president is a stretch.

The worst part is that, looking back over the last 4 decades, Obama is the best you got. It's very depressing

No, your right there is not a 100% certainly Biden will do X. But if Biden says its, picks people who believe in it, and advocates for it, I can say with a margin of error that it's higher than if Biden doesn't say it, doesn't pick people who will believe in it as his advisors, and doesn't advocate for it like the public option, deficit spending, and end of fossil fuel subsidies, and clean energy subsidies.

Unless Biden lies about everything which is improbable, but the thing is you have to monitor the stock market. If insurance industry stocks go down if say Biden wins the nom, we should believe him if they go up, we shouldn't.

Stocks went up when Biden won, not down.

And yet he still did those things I mentioned. And nowhere did I mention he was a good president.

I said them before. Several times. Organize with others in your community, talk to your friends and family more, avoid becoming isolated or allowing that to happen to them. Pay attention to events rather than campaign promises. Read some theory or history. Prepare yourself mentally for things to get worse. Learn to fire a gun if you feel safe with one. Buy your prescriptions in bulk if you can. Renew your passport. Love and connect with other human beings rather than focusing on empty cultural battles that will feel incredibly irrelevant in ten years outside. There’s mountains of more valuable actions that can be taken.

Do you or do you not understand why you shouldn't ask someone to prove a negative? Any answer to this very easy question that is not an unqualified yes is automatically a no.

I'm already doing that most of that stuff and it's not mutually exclusive with some of the other proposals. As long as it works, do it.

A negative claim is a colloquialism for an affirmative claim that asserts the non-existence or exclusion of something.[9] Claiming that it is impossible to prove a negative is a pseudologic, because there are many proofs that substantiate negative claims in mathematics, science, and economics, including Arrow's impossibility theorem. There can be multiple claims within a debate. Nevertheless, whoever makes a claim carries the burden of proof regardless of positive or negative content in the claim.

Also, vote Green Party folks if you are going to vote.

Nice copy-paste. That's a no. I think we're done. Night-night.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Destiny a neoliberal shill who flip-flopped on M4A. And supports Mayo Pete.
Too scared to watch, I understand. We have all been in our mid 20s.

One it's 1 hour 45 minutes long

Two "After being called out for her El Paso tweet, Kim Iversen deletes the original one and goes on a rant justifying ethnonationalism."

Three call me if when it's David Sirota, Brianna Joy Gray, and Nina Turner vs Destiny.

Yeah and most people already fucking vote so maybe advocate for something that’ll actually make a difference rather than perpetuating this circle jerk.

Destiny:

Destiny: ACA was the most we could get under Obama due to Congress.

Nope you could have invoked budget reconciliation and used 50 votes plus the vice president to pass public option or got rid of the filibuster

Destiny: Executive orders are all that you can do

Nope, a president has wide discretion to do foreign policy, and not invade Libya and help Saudis in Yemen massacre the civilians thereby refueling their strike craft.

So already Destiny being Destiny is a liar

Biden mental state, I actually agree with Destiny, Biden’s mental state from my analysis is bad without meds, and good with meds, of course, I am just assuming he uses meds and isn’t just randomly good at some debates but bad at others.

Destiny: Biden wants to get a public option

LOL

Destiny: Biden Admin is the most progressive

FDR

Biden is pro-union

Right the person who served in an administration where union membership continued to decline and didn’t force his bosses’ hand in doing anything about it. He could have left.

Destiny: American don’t care about foreign policy

Around 30% do care according to various FP polls and vote on it

Biden wrote the Patriot Act, That’s true, and I haven’t even mentioned it.
