Yeah, but they didn't. If he already registered his game, then he can keep playing, doesn't require anything else. If he wants to get new DLC downloaded to the game, he can make a new account.teutonicman said:True, though the issue is that the site has the ability to stop you from playing the single-player from a game you bought with out reimbursement.Tdc2182 said:Maybe people should realize not to go around making less than reputable posts in the game site that has the ability to ban them.

Common knowledge: The first time this happened was a technical error, the player was given the ability to play DA2 again and apologised to.Scorched_Cascade said:Okay I've trawled a bit (protip:Google caches all Bioware's threads even the deleted ones) and those that have been through his post history say:
"tez20 you aren't going to be the next SBN martyr if that's what your aiming for.
The ban was pretty much justified for your constant troll posts and not producing proper arguments instead resulting in ad hominem and insulting the posters themselves instead of their arguments."
Everyone in that thread keeps telling him how to fix it so he can play but he keeps ignoring it (I assume trolling).
The cache of his complaint thread is here: http://webcache.googleusercontent.c...l=uk&client=firefox-a&source=www.google.co.uk To change page right click the page number and "copy link location" paste to google then click the cache.
It is apparent from the email in my opinion. It says right there in the screenie:
"This action was taken due to the severity and number of violations of our terms of service the most recent violations leading to this action include:
"inappropriate post"
So basically: you break the agreement, you lose your license to play. If it's in the agreement that if they ban your forum account they ban your game and that the two are tied together then he has no reason to complain. You really should read the EULA, knowing is half the battle.Your acquired rights are subject to your compliance with this Agreement. The term of your License shall start on the date that you install or otherwise use the Software and ends on the earlier date of either your disposal of the Software or Licensor's termination of this Agreement
Here is every part of the agreement that you need to see that he is in the wrong, thank you Stranger Q.StrangerQ said:Just random thought...
