the MOST depressing ending ever for me oddly enough is the ending of "fire emblem: the sacred stones." it wasnt the best written or best presented, but it has probably made me the most sad to this date.
for movie though, i vote "in bruges" i think its because the characters are so likable, to me at least.

The ending to Sunshine(2007). Hell, most of deaths in the film, but just seeing Capa standing there, with that grin, it kills me every time.

I loved that ending. I'm sad to say I've only been able to cry over it once because getting past the final level is such a chore.Eumersian said:

Both endings to GTA IV, Deal, Niko loses his best friend. Revenge, Niko loses his girlfriend. Either way you feel sorry for the person made of pixels on your tv screen.

I'm sure by not that all of you know the ending to RDR. Law abiding citizen however, is about a man whose family is raped and murdered infront of him and the criminal justice system does nothing really. So, he takes on a vigilante role and kills the man responsible and then takes on the criminal justice system. Although he killed loads of innocent people, I still almost cried at the end when he died.
You know, after playing through that game a while back, I recently started reading the comic. Both are good and I won't say that either is better than the other, but they are very VERY different.AxCx said:

Grand Torino. I loved that movie but the very second Clint Eastwood began to sing tears began to stream down my face. That movie still does that to me, hence why I try to avoid that movie at all costs.
