Yeah, I did my undergrad and MA in UCC. I'm doing a second MA now because apparently I didn't traumatise myself enough the first time!
I know, I've told myself that often. I just tend to get paranoid about these things. Although at this stage, I wouldn't even mind as much if I don't find people to mesh with on nights out as long as my current 'colleagues' are at least willing to work on projects together in one room. I almost never went out with my contemporaries in geology before, but in the lab we made a solid team. Lots of working together and valuable discussions and critiques in our project and during study month, which made the whole thing go so much more smoothly and probably didn't do our final results any harm either. I can survive a lonely year as long as I can be sure of a triumphant return at the end of it.
A second MSc? I knew a girl who was doing the same in Limerick for about a month before we had to part. I couldn't understand that choice when she made it either.

I don't know how to post a picture here though because I post so rarely, so you shall have to take my word for it. Apologies.
