I want you to state a fact about a video game, or a show, or whatever, you think most people do not know about.

Mine: Adventure Time, the show on Cartoon Network, is set after the apocalypse. Yes, I am not joking. The creator of the show said so, there are many hints scattered in episodes about it.

Looking at the Adventure Time wiki would explain more, but I'll give you a few examples.

-Scattered Nukes and tec
-a sunken city
-mutated humans
-Ooo looking like earth with a big crater in it.

Your turn.

My brother, who is a big fan of the fast and furious series told me the "Tokyo Drift"(#3) is after to the two newer ones. I watched the fourth one later and it is pretty obvious but i still thought that is was interesting.
Also: The same guy wrote The movie "The rocketeer" and the videogames "007:agent under fire" and "Medal of honor:rising sun". just an obscure fact for movie/game fans

I think you mean a sequel, not a prequel. Han died in Tokyo Drift, yet is alive in Fast Five. Tokyo Drift is set after all of the others.

Um...Michael's sister in Arrested Development is married to Ellen DeGeneres. Does that count?

Peter Jackson (of LoTR fame) played Santa Claus in Hot Fuzz. That fact is my go to piece of movie trivia.

#1. Douglas Adams wrote the screenplay to The Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy film. I point this out whenever someone complains that it changed too much. Adams wrote the changes before he died, and his books have never been consistent between publishings. He was always changing the story.

#2. Roald Dahl actually hated Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when it was released. He hated what they had done to his book.

I did not know that.

OT: Hideaki Anno - the guy who made Neon Genesis Evangelion - did the "voice" of the cat from Fooly Cooly.

Cate Blanchett was Nick Angel's girlfriend, but went uncredited in the film, and never took off her biohazard suit to show her face.

Alec Guinness, the original Obi-Wan Kenobi, elected to receive 1% of royalties from all Star Wars merch in lieu of a salary.

The character Ridley in the Metroid games was named not for the character of Ripley in the Alien movies but for the original film's director, Ridley Scott.

The bird creature in the last book of The Chronicles of Narnia represents Lucifer, The Beast and The AntiChrist, and the book itself presents a more agnostic approach to Christianity.

Many of (apostle) Paul's letters were probably not written by Paul at all.

**Paul** is not dead :p

Courtney Love is actually not very talented :p :p

Edit: I realize that everyone on here is not necessarily 31 years or older, so allow me to clarify one of the above points. By **Paul**, I mean the McCartney, not the apostle.

I'm not sure how many people new this but I've never seen it mentioned...

I just finished Portal 2 today (I got it very late) and while the credits song was playing I noticed that on the credits the personality cores (apart from Wheatley obviously) are all voiced by one person, and that person is Nolan North...

NOLAN NORTH IS THE SPACE CORE!!! He is instantly forgiven for Nathan Drake and Desmond Miles.

i liked how they got such a famous name and only showed him in the movie for like 1 sec while he stabbed the main character.

The paper in the BSG reboot had no corners because the crew was showing how the network forced them to cut corners in the pilot. They decided to keep it for continuity.

Nick Frost, Simon Pegg, Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey are almost always with one of the others in major films or tv shows (excluding comedy tours and panel shows):
Spaced: Nick Frost and Simon Pegg (Bill Bailey guest starring)
Black Books: Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey (with Simon Pegg guest starring)
The Three Cornetto Films (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Paul): Nick Frost and Simon Pegg (with Dylan Moran in SotD and Bill Bailey in Hot Fuzz)
Run Fatboy Run: Simon Pegg and Dylan Moran
and i knew all of that off the top of my head.

The "Clint Squint" that Mr. Eastwood is famous for originated in Fistful Of Dollars.

The cigars his character smoked, and his allergy to horses irritated his eyes, causing him to squint.
This was his ticket to fame, as every single character he's played since has squinted angrily at one point in the film.

Think about it.

-The Dollars trilogy.
-The Dirty Harry movies
-Unforgiven
-Those movies with the orangutan
-Gran Torino
-And all the rest.

I thought everyone knew that. John Lennon and George Harrison are dead. Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are still alive.

Yep, C.S. Lewis was a devout Christian. It would only make sense for the book series to have certain Christian elements in it :p

That's not what the "Paul is not dead" is about. He's talking about a big publicity stunt/conspiracy theory The Beatles pulled when they were still together.

Adolf Hitler, who was in the German army during the first world war, never rose above Private first class, (or the German equivalent).
