I think there's something called "two best friends play ...". I haven't really watched any other, if that's a let's play. It was funny.

It's been a while since I watched legit LP's. I went through a few different LPers (Tatsudoshi, Proton Jon, etc.) before settling myself as a Raocow fan. He was just a random, wacky, nice guy, and Proton Jon et al. had already gotten me hooked on the Mario rom-hacks that made up a lot of the Raocow archive.
Also, HideofBeast is an amazing MegaMan player. Look him up if you love the series (mainly the MegaMan X series).

I enjoy watching minecraft videos from paulsoaresjr.
He was the first decent 'how to suvive your first night' video I saw and he's done a whole series so I like watching them (very helpful too).
He also posts videos from his home server (which are more LPs than tutorials like a lot of his other videos) and does test drives of minecraft updates. Also he's just started doing Teraria let's plays as well.
I like that he's fairly witty, rather nicely chatty, has a few in jokes and does rather amusing Marvin the Martian impressions.

My all time favorite would be AgentJR... he does some awesome survival horror games (Silent Hill, Resident Evil, You are Empty, Condemned) and he also does Flash Games (Gateway 1 and 2 and Don't Look Back)... some fun games too (Igi and A Game With a Kitty, Minecraft, GTA: San Andreas, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R)
