That being said i think my favorite quote from any work of fiction ever is this:

I love quotes that make you think about things that seem routine when they shouldn't. People are all to comfortable with sending someone else to their horrible demise and people are too accustomed to most convenience places having absolutely no standard and thinking it's acceptable to give horrendous customer service and serve you putrid shit. But that's always been what makes me a bad American. I think that people should give an effort and not just themselves because this is a country, not an objectivist society. If i had my way anyone who can't learn to fake a smile and give good customer service would be the ones unemployed right along with the business motherfuckers who are nothing more than extremely successful career thieves.
