XKCD, Penny-Arcade, Order of the Stick, Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, VGCats, Erfworld, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Cyanide & Happiness, and occasionally GU Comics. Apparently I read way too many webcomics.

But the current top two are the amazingly funny Nerf-This [http://nerf-this.com/] which I recommend a look at if only for the jokes as well as the slow paced and brilliant Gunnerkrigg Court [http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/index2.php] (first page here [http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/archive_page.php?comicID=1]). If you take a look at the later do try to keep in mind it gets much better as you go, particularly art style and it is worth it.
