Well Lois if I'm childish, you know what that makes you? A pedophile. And I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit here and be lectured by a pervert!

I use that on my girlfriend all the time hehe.

Tom: And now to our weatherman Ollie Williams for the Blackie-Weather Forecast, Ollie?
Olie: IT'S RAININ' SIDEWAYS!
Tom: Don't you have an umbrella?
Olie: USED TO!
Tom: Where is it now?
Olie: INSIDE OUT TWO MILES AWAY!
Tom: Is there anything we can do for you?
Olie: BRING ME SOME SOUP!
Tom: What kind?
Olie: CHUNKY!
Tom: Thanks, Ollie.
This, absolutely this post right here. I just LOVE the way how fast they talk to each other, how odd Olie talks, and how normal it seems between the two of them. Olie is my favorite character on the show, and always will be.

BRING ME SOME SOUP!

Gosh, that Italian family at the next table sure is quiet.
I believe it's season 8, episode 3. There's a small story before the quote, so you might not get it.

Admittedly they do have some funny moments but the fact is it has an awful writing staff and Seth MacFarlane's a hack.
Do you think people reading this post will suddenly change their minds and agree with you that family guy sucks?
Never crossed my mind. Why? Do you?
No, I was just wondering why someone who clearly doesn't like family guy would go into a topic entitled 'Favourite Family Guy Quote'. What does insulting stuff other people like accomplish?
And you calling me on it accomplishes what exactly?

It adds balance to the world. A world where people just sit around saying they all love the same thing would be boring. Considering the forums are designed for discussion I'd say adding a contrasting opinion adds to the scope of possible discussions.

But truth be told I wasn't trying to accomplish anything just bored and thought I'd express my views on Family Guy.
It alleviates my boredom, which is more important than yours.

I'm not saying the world should be like that - God no! But a forum entitled 'Favourite Family Guy Quote' - sure.

Anyway, if it weren't for me and my boredom your statement would have led to no discussion whatsoever.

I forget the precise wording but

Adam West: Somewhere on my body is a bullet sized piece of bulletproof metal and if you hit it you'll be the laughing stock of me.

Or anything else Adam West says really. God that guy's awesome. And I assume he's the same in real life. Obviously.
I read the opposite somewhere(on imdb, I believe). That Adam West is a real jerk.
Anyways, it doesn't matter much to me. Everything he does in Family Guy is hilarious. <3

You know the look of incredulity someone gets when you say something so thoroughly asinine that all that person can do is stare in disbelief at the sheer stupidity of what you just said?

I get that look when people tell me Family Guy is funny.
It's funny moments are getting fewer and far...betweener (?). Long ago it wasn't all about sex jokes or people just insulting each other.

Umm...

My point stands about Family Guy. If that's what's influencing young comedians, we're screwed. Family Guy isn't funny.

I really loved the "Imperial March elevator music" in Blue Harvest.

Also in the same episode the "Manoeuvre" that moves them slightly to the left.

But my boredom led to you having something to do... I think we should just thank each other, but that might lead me back to the boredom. Do we have to argue just for its own sake now?
That was my plan, yes.

Come on this made the entire series what it is today

That has got to be the best 2.75 minutes in television history. Nothing has ever been better and its that kind of stellar entertainment that not only defines family guy today, but what makes it a thousand times better than anything that has ever been broadcast on television!

So... can someone explain how you can say something sarcastically on a forum without coming off speaking in trollish?
