I keep my web comic list lean. I only take on the quality. I have no time for chaff.

Sequential Art [http://www.collectedcurios.com/], by Phillip M Jackson wins my #1 slot for web comicry. He has one offs, fun story archs, and his art is both adorable and expressive. His humor is punchy and effective. His culture references (pop, gaming, whatever) are spot on. Everything is just done SO right. Except... no surprise, it takes a while for him to update sometimes. Still, with 600 pages so far, you have plenty of archive to wade through. :)

Today I came across the webcomic LFG (Looking for Group) after reading some of it a while back and found myself unable to stop reading. Several hours and many page changes later (around 347 scenes) I finaly caught up to the writers and am waiting for more to be written. This is strange for me as I don't often read webcomics but this one held my interest and I'm currently enjoying it.

I would recommend anyone here who enjoys webcomics (or even those who haven't looked yet) to have a read http://lfgcomic.com/

Additionaly, what webcomics do the rest of the escapist read and which would you recommend?
That is so scarily weird, I did the exact same thing in which I saw Left for Group before and today tried to find it and read up to the current comic! WE MUST BE TWINS! FIGHT TO THE DEATH!

Ahem.

I love VG Cats but at the same time I love GG-Guys, more so since Slackerz ended :'(

[a href="http://asofterworld.com/index.php?id=107"]A Softer World[/a] - my favourite, mainly because I met Joey Comeau and hugged him :D

Erm, mentioned already are QC, XKCD, PA and Cyanide and Happiness but I also like [a href="http://picturesforsadchildren.com/"]Pictures for sad children[/a] and [a href="http://www.qwantz.com/index.php"]Qwantz[/a].

[a href="http://nedroid.com/"]Nedroid[/a] isn't bad but has a tendency to be rather strange...

I read quite a few.

My favorites are MS Paint Adventures [http://www.mspaintadventures.com/] and also El Goonish Shive. [http://egscomics.com] Both of them are charming and a blast to read. I'm pretty sure all the others I read have been listed already, so I won't bother.

I'd have to say my favorite over the years has been Sinfest [http://www.sinfest.net/], followed closely by 8-bit Theater [http://www.nuklearpower.com/2001/03/02/episode-001-were-going-where/].
Reading through the archives of sinfest now I love it I'm up to 2004

I'd say check out SMBC

GG-Guys is a good one. It's on the random-as-hell side, but I like it. Also, Zeldacomic.net, xkcd, and a few others that I don't remember the names of.

Favourite? Probably Super Effective, but I'd also like to mention Gone With the Blast-Wave too.
Didn't gone with the blast wave die, they stopped updating and last time I went to the sight it was taken down.
