Sequential Art [http://www.collectedcurios.com/], by Phillip M Jackson wins my #1 slot for web comicry. He has one offs, fun story archs, and his art is both adorable and expressive. His humor is punchy and effective. His culture references (pop, gaming, whatever) are spot on. Everything is just done SO right. Except... no surprise, it takes a while for him to update sometimes. Still, with 600 pages so far, you have plenty of archive to wade through.
