Fox is a hell of a lot more reliable than CNN or CBS... don't be ridiculous. They are not even right wing. They are moderates, they just look like hard right because CNN and CBS are SOOOO liberal. First off, who said anything about public healthcare? All I said was it wrong to go around and say sorry to another countries for when we just went over and got rid of a dicator.

It's really not that hard to figure out how he achieves the ratings. For simplicity sake, let's say America is split 50/50 over left and right wing. We have 2 left wing networks and 1 right wing. This creates a 25/25/50 split which easily allows any show on Fox to be rated much higher than anything on MSNBC or CNN.

I was watching the news not, fox but clicking channels aimlessly when i stumble on Fox News. They were doing nostop coverage about how NBC and other news stations and how they must be "in bed" with the president becuase there is an apparent commercial that slams obama and his health care plan.

It seems stations like NBC and CNN wont showw the commercial and they went on and on and on and on and on about these stations. Not thinking they are also guilty of not showing aaaaaannnnnnything close to resembling anything goood or nice about Obama. Just alot of blah blah blah socailist, blah blah blah destroying america, blah blah blah America doesnt like him or his health care.

I was begining to wounder is Fox News a realiable News Station given when theyre not bashing obama or be stupid , they do actually report news. Some high speed chases, drug busts. Are they to be quoted or watched. How good do you think they are.

Fox News isn't any more slanted than the other networks; in fact they're less slanted than the likes of MSNBC. The main point of contention that people (including the ones complaining in this thread) have is that they're conservative.

No but your post does point out one of fox news more annoying problems, its martyrdom complex. Spendings its time flipping between boasting about how it is the most watched news network and how everyone is out to get you because you are conservative does not make for a convincing story.

The fact that fox is a part of the Muurdoch empire making it part of one of the biggest evils in existence does not help either. 1) Ignorance spouting from some of the people here, guys the internet is huge, there are news sources available from almost every country in the world. Even if Americans claim that their own news networks are biased, you could very easily take a look at what people in the other countries are saying. Even if they don't cover specific topics....

2) Have your own ideas, Fox news say 'Obama sucks', so freakin what? The last I checked the US was a republic, you vote the government you want into office, the guy you voted for didn't win? Tough luck, the MAJORITY OF YOUR PEOPLE VOTED FOR HIM. Your leaders aren't just one dimensional characters, they are supposed to stand for the ideals of their party and the country. Don't like it? Migrate...

wow just wow, you must have no clue, watch some of the Daily Show clips on Beck and O'Rielly, while they are cut up they show what a couple of hypocrites they are. they've had O'Rielly argue with himself over issues and same with Beck.

Beck himself has on air called Obama a racist and that he hates white people. O'Rielly will say that people carrying guns at anti-Bush rallies are a bunch of nuts and whackos and should be tosses in jail and ones at the health care reform meetings are protecting our freedom and great people.

they are far from being factual and truthful, they weren't critical of Bush, they were all for him and would ignore stuff he did. since they don't cover it, that means they don't disagree with it but they don't care what he did.

it's pretty scary that in the US, the most balanced news shows are 2 comedy news shows.

if you want to see balanced news, watch either the BBC in the UK or CTV, Global or CBC in Canada.
