This is being unfair to FOX, I'm sure there's at least one old person who hoped that this game isn't coming out for their Wii.

From what I've heard about this game, I agree with Fox. The game sounds absolutely terrible in every aspect, from the gameplay ripped straight from every other average joe shooter to the subject matter. The only defense for this that I've seen is that it's one big joke. But try making a WoW-clone, except you trade black people for lewt and fight such bosses as "Captain Flamboyant", who you defeat by beating with a baguette as rainbows fly out of his ass. I'm sure that would go over well. I mean, it's a joke, so gamers would have to defend it, right?
Fox is not news, its entertainment. I tend to stick with CNN, which reports world news and not just US, and thus tends to end up freer from US politics. Or if I want news about games, Escapist and Rock Paper Shotgun, because their only political agenda is more, better games 
I'm waiting to hear that Fox News was bought by Stephen Colbert three years ago and that he's waiting for the inauguration of the next Republican president to announce that it's all been a big joke.

However, I refuse to watch Fox News because I'm not completely fucking stupid. Just because they're the only news channel that happens to be on the same political side as me, that doesn't mean I have to swallow their absolutely worthless journalism, horrible reporting and nauseatingly bad shows. Fox News makes all right wing people look like idiots, and that just plain sucks. The other news channels might be pretty damn liberal, but compared to Fox News, CNN is as neutral as Switzerland during WWII.
If I am going to watch the news, I just prefer to watch Fox News over CNN, or MSNBC. Actually, I think Duke Nukem represents Fox News' morals pretty well. I don't know why they would complain. They would be alianating a big part of their audience that can relate to the character of Duke Nukem.
