Looking from the list of people Kuliani's banned so far, it really seems like he skims through the forum, and if someone has under 5000 posts, he ignores it.

I was scared when I read the title, not after reading the post. Furburt getting banned is possible, because he's got some probations and suspensions.

My question is, what happens to Neonbob's and other user's clean slates. I suppose they have no need for them now but it still seems a little unfair.

Mods can delete a user's ban history as well. If the mod wrath gets lifted (such as a permaban being lifted, or a suspension/ probation being removed whilst the user was still suspended/ under probation), then the mod wrath gets deleted as standard. Even if the user goes through the probation/ suspension without complaint and simply waits it out, mods can still delete it from history, as they have done in the past with various users.

I know this as I've had my mod wrath deleted from history in the past thanks to this aspect of mod power. It's the very reason why I have Neo today.
