Oh wow, where do I even begin....

Legacy of Kain, Jedi Knight, Battlefront, Vanquish, TimeSplitters, Mirror's Edge, Beyond Good and Evil, KOTOR, Psychonauts, Dark Souls....

I could be here all day.

You've already said it, but Mirror's bloody Edge. But noooooo, instead EA make DICE work on Military Shooter X, that ends up being bent over a barrel by CoD anyway.
Battlefield 3 wasn't exactly "bent over a barrel by CoD".

We most certainly do not need a Mirror's Edge 2. We didn't need 1 and would've been better off without it. Anyone who says Mirror's Edge or Kingdom's of Amalur forfeits the right to vote for having appalling taste in games.

KotOR, NWN, Outcast, Jedi Academy, Nexus 2, Alpha Protocol, Jade Empire, Vampire - The Masquerade, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. For starters.

So, basically, every critical darling commercial failure in existence.

Ok. I can play that game. How about a sequel to Okami?

Golvellius.
Ha! No one knows that game :p

Sega Master System, 1988.

You go through a Zelda-esque game and in the end, you free a princess.
In the ending "cutscene" you are told that the Hero is now continuing his search for his long lost sister.

Spellcaster, Master System, 1988. Needs a sequel already! :D

Other obscure Nintendo 64 titles!

There's also Skies of Arcadia and some other RPG that I played on the NGC where the main character would punch and a giant fist came out of his back.
On that note, I want a new Body Harvest game, I mean Rockstar has become really good at these things and well a sci-fi apocalyptic open world game would be quite interesting to see from them, though the bright orange space suit has to stay.

Beyond good and Evil 2 - Ubisoft, quit holding it above our heads. Either shit or get off the pot.

Psychonauts 2 - Double Fine. Do it. Everyone and their mom wants this game (or at least my mom. Seriously, it's the only non-casual game I've gotten her to like and want to play)

Knights of the Old Republic 3 - No, not The Old Republic (which, if nothing else, the individual class stories -were- pretty good). An actual Knights otOR 3. Although I'm not sure if BioWare has it in them to turn out a good game, anymore.

Baulder's Gate 3 (or insert other Forgotten Realms city) - Come on! We haven't had a bloody D&D RPG videogame done in 4th ed yet!? That system is more or less set up TO BE made into a video game! (Probably more so then a pen-and-paper RPG). Plus post-Mystra world sounds interesting to explore (despite the fact WotC made the lore cry bloody, salty tears in order to fit 4th ed). But, it might be better to hand this to someone else then BioWare. Again, not sure if they're up to snuff anymore. I'd say maybe Obsidian, but they're busy doing their own thing, which might prove a good enough spirtial successor to scratch that itch.

Demon's/Dark Souls 2 - Either or, doesn't matter. HURT ME MORE.

Wing Commander x, Freelancer 2 : Or some other damn 3-d space shooter/sim. Bloody past time to revive the genre. Maybe Star Citizen can do it, but...uh...it starting to sound like it's promising a lot. I'd like it to come out sometime before my great-grandchild is born (if it does at all.)

Mirror's Edge 2, Alpha Protocol 2 - They're not for everyone, but that just let them be exceptional in their own way.

KotOR III (I've only played trial TOR, looking forward to F2P, and as a non-MMO player I do in fact enjoy the stories, and whether you count it as part of the series, I still want more, dammit.)

Dark Souls. I'd like to see a sequel, or hell even a spiritual successor to Dark Souls. I just want me another Souls game. :{ (Mugen Souls doesn't count)

*ahem*

In a quickly stagnating genre (outside of the odd sucess such as Starcraft II), games like Metal Fatigue could use a Sequel or a Reboot.

Heck, the bottom linked was the ending. Technically it has *no ending*. A Sequel would at the very least tie up the loose end.

I know I'll probably be alone on this one but I'd say:

The reboot of Prince of Persia from 2008 *snip*
I totally agree with you on this. The ending was just a perfect setup for another game, then they made the epilogue which I was hoping would wrap things up but NO. ANOTHER setup for a sequel!

Then The Forgotten Sands was announced but it was back to the old Prince from earlier games? What about this storyline Ubisoft? Ahriman needs defeating!!

I really miss space-combat sims, so I am really hopeful Chris Roberts manages to pull off Star Citizen. Hell, I'll be happy if the Squadron 42 single-player portion gets made successfully. The rest is just gravy to me. LucasArts has been out of the game in this for too long also. Where's X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter 2 or something? Heck, with all the stories from the Expanded Universe, there's a ton of potential for storylines.
