Games You Want, But Will Never Come Out

Two games:
KOTOR 3- MMO´s are nice and all, but i want a proper sequel to this awesome franchise
Streets of Rage 4- I love side-scrolling beat´em ups. Imagine a sequel made with ps3/xbox360 graphics but maintaining the core 2d gameplay...kinda what Capcom did with Street Fighter IV.

Ultima 10, however EA will never gain a soul and let it happen. My great fear is EA will do to Bioware what it did to Origin Systems... No company leaves EA intact.

SWAT 5. I know there was another SWAT game on the PSP, but I hear it sucks. I want an updated SWAT 4 with team-mates that don't throw like little girls, and a bit more story continuity. In this age of "Kill everything with big guns" so called realistic FPSs I want a more strategic shooter where bullets should be your last resort.

Well I don't care what anyone says, but I wanted a Chromehounds Sequel. Or at the very least a reboot by a developer who doesn't take a shit on it with lack of support or ninja'ing in patches that screw with the gameplay just because their next game of a different franchise is coming out.
I played Chromehounds so much despite so many stupid things wrong with it. I'd even keep thinking about it if it was a Huge open world sort of thing like in an MMO, or hell an MMO Mech game sounds pretty cool if it was along those lines.
