Now Big Daddy's got more firepower and armor thats for damn sure. But can it deal with it's personal demons? How you gonna kill a pyramid head? Especially if their isn't another one around to collide him into?

no chance in hell, 47 is so terrible, sam could out stealth him in a sec, 47 wouldnt even see him coming. what can 47 do? shoot? and change clothes. compare that to sam, whos got a rappel rope, guns launchers all sorts of grenades. fisher would kill 47

oh please, 47 has a map that shows where the people is specially his targets, he carry 2 colt-like powerfull pistols, and in blood money he has a custom mp5, a automatic shotgun and a m4 carbine, when sam fisher just has a silenced pistol and a silenced 1 shot rifle.

if sam fisher is targeted, 47 would justhaveto look at the map and then use one of his powerfull guns

in double agent sam has a map that updates in real time just like 47's also his gun is fully automatic as well. 47 what does he have in all seriousness? he has nothing but a couple guns which are equaled by the sc-20k. sams got stealth up to wazoo he can hide in shadows, vents, rappel and grenade to his hearts content and 47 wouldnt even see him coming

Another good thing maybe the F.E.A.R. Pointman vs The Master Chief or Gordon Freeman. I've actually written this up a bit in a piece of fiction which also involved a FEAR REV-6 vs Nemesis, from Resident Evil 3 <_<

Another potential candidate is Gordon Freeman vs the Avatar from System Shock 2

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to point something out about this.
You're forgetting that Agent 47 is actually physically superior to most humans, due to his creation. Hence his ability to soak up bullets, jog forever, and (in the original game) rip out a mounted turret from the ground and use it as a normal gun.

Link vs Roy or Isaac (Fire Emblem/Golden Sun respectively). Probably Link, but Roy's abilities in SSBM and Isaac's djinn have to be a factor.

Agent 47 vs Naked Snake - You have Agent 47's badass European no-bullshit efficiency, coupled with the fact that he's a clone, versus Snake's camo and combat skills.

The Cobras vs The Incredibles and Batman - Classic superpower fight. The Cobras were one of the best villians I've ever seen, seriously. They were brilliant. Pitch them against the five Incredibles and a guy with a Batmobile and you'd have one helluva fight.

Volgin vs Ganondorf - Homosexual Russian Colonel with an electric personality (har har) up against one evil badass. Sounds fun.
